Great stay in Miami beach!

The property is located right next to the beach and its an easy walk to any restaurants and stores. Very convenient location. The place was clean and well taken care of and the host was very responsive and welcoming.

The apartment was very cute and had all amenities I needed included. Neighbors were quiet. Parking at the beach is not the best, but was able to find an overnight lot for $24 a night. Would highly recommend !

The location is great but the furniture does not match the pictures. The bathroom is moldy and needs updating. The door to the apartment sticks and is VERY hard to Open. The upstairs neighbors are LOUD. We really needed a late check out but were not accommodated. Stay at Blanc Kara down the street if you want a better experience

Great Location

I liked the location, it was quiet and enough facilities to keep us fed and watered The block was a bit grim. Outside door wasn't locked, and some of the f and f were tired. Getting in the apartment door was a bit tricky.

Overall it was an ok place. The tiles on the floor were cracked. The TV was small and there was not a lot of channels to watch. The door was hard to open and there were no room number labeled. The shower adjustment was not working and we had to shower in hot water. There was no parking available. Would not recommend for family but ok for couples.

Amazing location!!

The check in process was confusing with what unit we were to have and how to use the pin pad properly, you have to turn the lever as well after enter the code, but Irina responded right away, WiFi wasn’t working but that was sorted out right away, so no problems really. The unit was good and the location of the property amazing!! We would stay here again for sure!!

Great location. Only half a block from the beach; bike rentals and a few blocks from South-Beach bars and restaurants. Apartment, was very comfortable and was recently renovated. Wish there was more counter/shelf space in bathroom! Rest was great!

Great Location

Enjoyed our weekend in Amanda’s place. The location fantastic ( just South of 5th) with direct access to the beach path. The property itself is quite old but well maintained and the apartment likewise. The apartment itself has a good sized bedroom with a small kitchen and living area which has a sofa bed. Communication with Amanda was easy and she kindly allowed us to store our luggage while the apartment was being prepared for us. We were happy with our stay.

Not a bad stay

We were overall happy with this property! The location was great, the apartment was as listed with a few minor differences from the pictures. The apartment itself was clean and pretty well kept- but the building itself was under construction-the hallways were covered in dust and trash from workers and a couple of the days we were there they started working really early which was noisy. It would have been less annoying if we had been informed prior to our stay, but we weren’t. The kitchen was great and we honestly chose it because of it, but there was a pretty big lack of kitchen wares. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils for eating and cooking, and lids for pots. However there was only one rather small pot and a large pot with holes in it. There was an oven but no baking sheets at all. Also no spices at all so we ended up buying salt and pepper and leaving so hopefully future renters can use it. The bathroom was nice and very clean but there was really no counter space or shelves to put toiletries on which made things a little difficult. Overall it was not bad for the price and I believe this was a newer rental so hopefully they will male some small adjustments and make it even better!

Not bad

Location was great as it was one block away from the beach and a few blocks away from the madness and noise of south beach . My major complaint was the bed and furniture was super uncomfortable and did not allow a good nights rest . Had a issue with the toilet however, mangement came and fixed it ASAP . For a place to lay your head at a decent price close to the beach, it serves that purpose .

We have been staying at this apartment the past 4 times we have been in South Beach. It's immaculate and comfortable like home We will be back next year. The bathroom was updated a but needs an extra shelf for toiletries.

Trip saver

Amazing location and customer service!! We had flight connections in Miami to Managua and missed the flight out. Due to covid test timings etc, our vacation was basically ruined so we decided to stay in Miami - found this place shortly after deciding, and it was a fabulous turnout. Very short walking distance to everything including a local convenience store on the same block where we picked up beer, wine and even a cooler for the beach. Apt had beach chair and towels which we were extremely grateful since we had nothing for this trip. Felt safe for not having familiarized ourselves or knowing the area; apt was very quiet (aside from the bed which others also commented on). Had a few questions to the managing team and they responded immediately each time. Definitely saved our planned vacay time! Check in and out couldn't have been easier. Would stay again!

Miami trip April 2020

This was a great location only a block from the beach. House was clean. House has a washer but no dryer. The bed was very uncomfortable and make a lot of noise, bed is low to the floor but close to the restroom and plenty of closet space. 15 minute walk to Ocean Drive . House provided item to use at the beach at no charge. Would definitely rent again if the bed is updated in the bedroom, other than that great place to enjoy a vacation.Check in process was simple.

Great location near beach and quiet street.

Clean, affordable, roomy, secure place near beach on south side of South Beach. Only issues were needs firmer mattress, bed was a double and not a queen, and better paper products (toilet paper) and personal soaps (shampoo and bar soap). Very responsive host. Answered all our questions quickly.

Check in was flawless. The location was fantastic. The shower, bathroom, and bedroom were great. Only complaint is the washer did not work--it would not drain water after running--Even if I put a single towel in it at a time. Overall happy with the last minute booking.

Great location to beach and restaurants. Clean and insect free. Quite and no outside or inside noise sounds. Negative comments: Poor mattress. Poor lighting . Bathroom needs storage or shelves. Windows need proper curtains. *access to the beach and restaurants was still awesome
