Todo estuvo bien, aunque la cama al tener bases de aluminio a veces sonaba y era molesto, quizá algún tornillo suelto, de resto todo bien, limpia, amplia, ordenada

Excelente ubicación y Justo lo necesario
Muy bien, mi vuelo fue de mañana y me fascilitaron la propiedad antes de la hora estipulada, muy agradecido por ello. Lo único es el olor del aire acondicionado, pienso que el filtro del aire necesita una revisión, por lo demás, excelente.

Overall great location, 2 minutes to beach, kitchen is a huge plus, all you need. Great for those who don’t feel entitled. You can save quite a bit and stay 5 days instead of 2 for example in 4 star hotel. Good choice if you financially smart or for Europeans, but again if you don’t feel entitled thru life.

When we arrived, the gate to the apartment was broken and not locking. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, which we notified the apartment of in advance. Once we arrived, the codes for the lock boxes for both reservations in our party were not working. We tried calling the “24 hour” number but no one answered. I was messaging Expedia as well as texting the phone number I received the confirmation on. I finally received a response on the number I texted from the property. This number we were never told we could send texts to, but I was trying everything I could. I had two young children with me and my parents would couldn’t get into their room either. When the property finally responded, they asked for additional time to figure things out. Long story short, it took an hour to get the correct codes. Once we entered the rooms, my parent’s room had a tv hanging off the wall that wasn’t working. This all took place just around 12:45am and didn’t get resolved until almost 2am. There’s no parking at this facility. There is a public lot three blocks down but they only have a three hour max for parking. The area is nice and you can walk just a block over to get to the beach which is beautiful. That’s the only positive about this location.

Not well organized check in
Excellent location, just one block from the beach. They send all necessary information, including codes and self-check-in/out instructions, via email. However, upon arrival, the code to enter my unit wasn't functioning, and there was no direct contact for assistance. Resorting to calling a random number found on the internet, I received an alternative code that also proved unsuccessful. Eventually, I was provided with a physical key, though the promised lock repair never materialized. Throughout my stay, I noticed several other guests experiencing similar issues with the entry system.

Unhappy. It took me lots of time and efforts to get check in instructions!! Asked, and I was ready to pay, i really needed early check-in, NOONE CARED Service is bad. Room is ok, its like an old motel transformed to studio appts.

ATTENTION: Save your money. This place was a disaster and we instantly regretted booking it after stepping foot inside. There was mold throughout the tiling, a strong cigarette stench in the room, and the water in the shower was freezing cold. We stayed for less than 2 hours before leaving and finding a nicer hotel in south Miami. We immediately called customer service, filed a claim through hotels.com and received absolutely no refund for this. The pictures displayed are not accurate whatsoever, and the property manager was very short with us. Please don’t come here if you want to have a relaxing place to stay!

Sorry, but never again.
The second stay and was surprised at how bad it became in just one year. 1. When we arrived, the room smelled like chemicals - turned out it was pest control. We've encountered THREE kinds of cockroaches/bugs in just one week! Were offered for someone to come and spray, but... 2. Windows were sealed and AC was broken. So breathing chemicals didn't sound like a good idea. The service guy who came confirmed that the previous guests broke the AC and... that was it! He did nothing, never came back, and I never heard back from the management on this matter. 3. Some items from the room were missing, so on a daily basis we were sending requests to the management, who confirmed the issue and promised to address it the next day... Day after day after day, until we gave up and stopped sending requests...

Awful experience- people smoking marihuana from almost every unit, listening music so loud-till 3.00am, you can’t sleep at all!!!!! Roaches are all over, our door lock wasn’t work, smoke detectors worked every 3 hours and because people cooking but everyone one must go outside by the rules even in the middle of night. Firetuck came 3 times per day. Besides of that next door building doing construction, it so loud as well all day. Don’t waist your money for this “hotel”….please!!!! Don’t repeat my experience!

This place was ok the bad thing was that the place had roaches. I could not stay there the rest of my stay. They were everywhere. Property management was nice and they did return my money rather quickly and were quick to respond.

Good size of the room plus kitchen. I wish though there was a little more room for my stuff. I stayed on a second floor and my AC there had not only temperature regulation, but the intensity of the air flow, for which I am very thankful. The major drawback was the fact that the maid cleaned the floor with too much of bleach, I even felt slightly bad for the first evening.

Upon arriving to the room was immediately greeted by roaches crawling all over the floor & counters reached out to the host about the situation they came & sprayed but that did not work as the roaches where even out more the building itself is just infested & needs to be fumigated. I did not enjoy my stay because of this situation it was very frustrating I WOULD NOT NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO STAY HERE !!

I like a size of the room. A quiet place. My room on a third floor has so much sun that conditioner probably has to be as fierce as it was and work non-stop as it does.

When arrived to the room i couldn't get in. Had to call the customer service number to get in keypad on the door wasn't working. When we finally get in the room it's not the room I booked online. My boyfriend goes to use the bathroom and there was an open unused maxi pad left in the bathroom with a litttle blood on the toilet seat. Now i call the customer service number again, they said we will upgrade your room. We move to the next room i guess it was the building Super whom meets me upstairs where the new rooms are. The first room we go to the air conditioner don't work, next room it do work this room has 2 double beds and looks like the initial room i booked on expedia. Room has a little order but it was clean. This trip was for my boyfriend birthday thought this was a nice spot close to the beach. Anyway second day we getting ready for the brach my boyfriend finds a baby roach. I send a text to the customer service gentleman whom been helping me all this time. He asks dor a picture of it. Final night we come in from a long day get ready for bed and water starts dripping on me and its not raining out. Thank God for the second bed to move to. Once again I hit up the customer service guy and he asked do we wanna change our room I replied no too much of a hassle at this point. I just asked to push our check out timesincewe had a late flight. Close to beach and starbucks are the corner the good things and the supermarkets and liquor store around the corner is very over priced

Check in took over 2 hours whilst standing in the heat. Had to evacuate the building 3 times on our first night due to false fire alarms. The property also had: - Broken toilet seat - Dripping water from AC - Dirty water from the kitchen sink Would not stay again.

Couples week in Miami Beach
You get what you pay for. Some things were a little run down and could have used an upgrade (Shower Head was not good, toilet cover/seat was loose, Cooking burners were very old/outdated). Other than that, served its purpose. A place to sleep, eat and shower. Definitely deserves the 2 stars. Local staff was very nice and accommodating.
