This property was far below the expectation set from the photos online. The condo was absolutely filthy and worn down. The toilets didn’t flush properly, the bathtubs and sinks hardly drained, the washer was extremely loud and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry small loads of laundry, the toaster didn’t work, the dishwasher smelled horrendous and didn’t clean the dishes which is probably why multiple dishes in the cabinets weren’t clean. The fridge and freezer worked well. The lighting in the bathroom was very minimal making it hard to see. The bedding had stains, didn’t smell clean, and they didn’t even provide a fitted sheet. The elevators are painfully slow! Do not pay for the beach service as the chairs provided are down the beach, not in front of this unit and are nearly touching others. The pool on the 9th floor was overcrowded and you had to purchase their drinks which was very expensive. Not a good location for uber drivers to find and not convenient for walking anywhere as anticipated. Overall, would never stay here again and don’t recommend you do either!
