My family and I stayed here for 5 days over New Year’s Eve. The space is as described, but not quite as comfortable as we were hoping. Given we were here during a peak travel week, we expected it to be busy, but the building was PACKED with people. There are not enough elevators in the building to accommodate the number of guests and residents. We waited up to 20 minutes just to catch an elevator with room for four of us to ride down. Plus one elevator stopped working for a full day, which made things even slower. There is no self-parking, only valet, and on New Year’s Eve, we were told it would be 40 minutes to retrieve our car for a 6pm dinner reservation. We decided to Uber instead. The front drive was often clogged with cars so coming and going was a bit difficult. On the plus side, the building truly is beachfront and the beach was gorgeous! We were able to get beach chairs and towels each morning we wanted to. The rooms were clean. The wi-if was ok. We did have to buy basics like tissues, trash bags, and extra paper towels, which I think should have been provided. The building staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend visiting when it’s a little quieter!
