"El hotel tiene la ventaja de estar muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren en Venecia, lo cual facilita mucho la llegada y salida. Sin embargo, la limpieza dejó bastante que desear: la habitación no estaba en su mejor estado y los pasillos estaban realmente sucios, dando más la impresión de un motel descuidado que de un hotel en Venecia. Una lástima, porque con un mejor cuidado en este aspecto, la experiencia sería mucho más agradable."
