Dear Mr. Imad,We appreciate your feedback as it is the best way to ensure we are delivering a good service to our customers.You are right the toilet as per the bungalow configuration is small but it is feasible, and practical and equipped with the needed amenities to be used easily.Concerning the staff didn't clean the room, please note that during your stay it was only for 24 hrs, we only clean the room if requested by yourself, and usually we do provide the cleaning service if exceeds the the 24 hrs.Our reception usually informs guests about the cleaning request upon check in. Dear Mrs. Lama,We appreciate your feedback as it is the best way to ensure we are delivering a good service to our customers.We apologize that your experience at the pool was not up to our standards, however we are conducting daily pool vacuum and water test, may be it was due to many people occupying the pool during that day. Concerning the room condition, being close to the main road, that’s true for resort view bungalows section is near the main road, but still we have double glass sound proof, unless your bungalow windows were open during night time. We also suggest for your future visit to try our pool view section.Our reception usually informs guests about the mezzanine floor that it is with out barrier, during the booking and upon check in.
