"Beautiful if overpriced hotel, room was beautiful staff are always fantastic when we stay. The pool area could be so much better it simplest isn’t up to today’s standards especially at the price. It could be revamped to have beds facing out sea with better hot tub facilities. Staff at the spa/pool however are wonderful "

"Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. "

"Breakfast service was excellent although the choice of continental is very limited and poorer quality products. The room was clean but very much in need of updating. The mechanical ventilation system makes the bathroom really quite cold and the towel rail was on fully. Love the hotel and staff and always a great vibe so none of this would put me off staying again but I’d love to see the rooms modernised. "My daughter and I stayed the night before a baton competition. Breakfast was nice and early, served efficiently and very tasty. But the room was absolutely amazing. It felt more of a suit than a room. The bed was huge and comfy and we watched a movie on the sofa. Overall I would stay again. I got an excellent deal but the full price is very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. "

"No hay mucho cerca pero es un excelente hotel con buena ubicación para viajar a pueblos cercanos si tienes auto. Las instalaciones están excelentes los cuartos y baños más amplios en Escocia tienen un excelente Bar y Restaurant "

Baño compartido pero impoluto. Como es cerca del aeropuerto te reciben a horas que no son habituales en Escocia. Nosotros llegamos hacia la 1 AM y nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad."
