"Very good location and the hotel is nice, but the wifi is very bad or null, also late night found the sheets dirty (with a spot) it was awful, Then the next day when I made check out complained at the reception but they didn´t care about it, not even a "sorry" was heard....I just stayed there to have family in the city Center while I was playing golf... "The receptionist gave us a smoking room so we had to go all the way to the room and then all the way back down to ask for another room. It was very rude considering we booked non smoking always. Aso the second day when we arrived to our room, we had zero towels. They forgot to leave us towels. We spent 20 mins calling but there was no answer on room service, house keeping, nor the lobby. It’s such a same since the breakfast and service of breakfast was nice. "
