"Very good location and the hotel is nice, but the wifi is very bad or null, also late night found the sheets dirty (with a spot) it was awful, Then the next day when I made check out complained at the reception but they didn´t care about it, not even a "sorry" was heard....I just stayed there to have family in the city Center while I was playing golf... I will try to avoid staying there in the future. Lack of the quality of Westin International and very overpriced."

"The receptionist gave us a smoking room so we had to go all the way to the room and then all the way back down to ask for another room. It was very rude considering we booked non smoking always. Aso the second day when we arrived to our room, we had zero towels. They forgot to leave us towels. We spent 20 mins calling but there was no answer on room service, house keeping, nor the lobby. It’s such a same since the breakfast and service of breakfast was nice. "

"In my personal opinion, the hotel was great but honestly, I had to admit that I was very lucky because I got a room on the top floor on one side of the building. The quality of room and service are correct and security and front desk staff are very helpful. The main issue of this hotel is the nightclub located on the second floor and the kind of guests that the hotel has. Mainly based on the sex business which doesn’t make you comfortable in shared areas. "

"Horrific night. Some crazy dude dressed up like locals at 4:50am started kicking and knocking on my door- Not once but for about 5 minutes. Not sure he was trying to wake me for some morning prayer or just beak in. Didn’t call the cops or reception as either case would result in an unwanted encounter."
