"The location right at the beach was ideal and we were willing to pay this price for two nights, even in the off-season, but I would not stay longer. Our only real issue was with the television which we were not able to get to work because all the apps seemed to need updating and we didn't feel like spending the time. We got a prompt response when we messaged to find out what services were available, and would have signed in on our own accounts (which I don't think we should have to do when we...

"Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating and all the basics are available. There is no washer and dryer as listed and there was no iron or hair...

"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It truly doesn't get any better than this. If you want to stay in the best spot in the middle of the action - this is the place for you. Blocks from The Boatslip (daily Tea), Joe's Coffee, and smack dab in the middle of the best shops, restaurants, galleries, and all that Commercial Street has to offer - this is your place. I will for sure be back!"

"Great stay and location!"

"Amazing location!! Walks along the beach alone are good reason to rent this beautiful property. The owner and management are extremely responsive! Great stay!!"

"It was close to Boston and the airport"

"Apartment is nicely renovated and host has made sure you have most everything you need. Super clean and location is convenient to the “T” (5 min walk to Maverick station then accessible to anything). Thanks for a great stay and prompt helpful communication! "

" Very nice and cozy apartment! We had a great stay with no problems at all. Daniel was very communicative and made the whole process very smooth! Would highly recommend! "

"A great location in a cute neighborhood. Very comfortable. Very responsive host."

"Beautiful state, always expensive to stay near Salem in four months, but this property was gorgeous. However, paid extra for access to plug-in our EV and yet never found the plug-in and didn’t get any resolution. Truly, the only complaint as again the stay is gorgeous and if you’re coming in late at night, you have to go through the fence area, not the side door that’s present."

"The house was very convenient to the beach, Aldi’s, Walmart, and local restaurants & shops. I wasn’t sure how private it was being a guest house, but I never felt that we didn’t have privacy. Our dogs enjoyed the little fenced in yard. We appreciated the updated bathroom and kitchen. The weather was so pleasant a small outdoor area would have been nice, and we missed not having a washer & dryer and dishwasher, but overall it was clean and cozy. We would stay there again! We loved the Cape,...
