  • Esta suite privada muy exclusiva es completamente nueva y viene con su propia entrada privada posterior. ¡Incluyendo una nueva cama queen size y su propio baño privado! La habitación está extremadamente limpia y muy bien decorada. A 5 minutos a pie de la estación Ashmont T (línea roja), que te lleva directamente al centro de Boston, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall / MIT, U Mass. Excelentes restaurantes cercanos: Ashmont Grill y Tavolo Ristorante, así como una panadería y cafetería italiana local al otro lado de la estación de metro.

    El espacio
    Nuestra casa fue construida originalmente a principios de 1890. Se encuentra en Ashmont Hill, que es un área dentro del área de Dorchester de Boston que es conocida por sus hermosas casas victorianas, vecindario diverso y ecléctico. La casa se encuentra a unos cinco minutos a pie de la estación de metro Ashmont, que es la última y / o primera estación de la línea roja. Extremadamente conveniente.

Lo describiría como un loft decorado con excelente gusto, donde tienes todas las amenidades necesarias para una gran estadía. Sin embargo, al ser el basement… tienen muchos cienpies. El único punto negativo fue que el ruido que se genera de pisos superiores no permite tener buen descanso a pesar de que el host proporciona un Snoozy. El visitar Boston fue muy fácil ya que se encuentra cercano al Subway y los lugares recomendados para comer, fueron geniales!

Sótano con demasiado ruido en las instalaciones que no deja dormir. Además cobro inesperado por 95 dólares por una supuesta mancha en las sábanas, lo que, de ser cierto, es demasiado caro.

Honestly, the Boiler Room is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and is so perfectly curated! We LOVED our stay and if I ever get the opportunity to come back to Boaton, I will be staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. If we come back to Boston, we would love to stay here again! The location was wonderful. So easy to get to the T station, which made it super easy to get to downtown. We didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor patio, but it was very inviting. Thanks for being so on top of our needs with your quick response! Thanks again for opening up your home to us!

Our stay at the Boiler Room was fantastic. Eddie is an extremely communicative host and was accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the Boiler Room. The room was gorgeous - exactly as pictured and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. As others have said, sometimes you can hear the guests upstairs. It was never a problem, but if you are a light sleeper, just be aware you may need ear plugs. (I used the sound machine that is in the room and it helped tremendously). It was a short walk to the subway and then a quick ride into the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect. Attention to detail in decor and amenities. The room was exactly as described. It was within walking distance to the T which got us downtown within 20 minutes. We come from a dry climate so not much experience with basements and moisture but the room has a machine to keep the moisture out and it pretty much runs constantly and is a bit noisy but the owner provided ear plugs. The property is beautiful and has a fun looking bar but it was never open, although wine and beer was available in our room. Overall I highly recommend the Boiler Room at the Ashmont. We will stay again!

Great location, super cute and homey! Very easy to get to and super easy to travel downtown from. Highly recommend staying here, Eddie was a great host and great communicator. Made the process seamless and enjoyable, will definitely stay here again!

Property was pretty clean, well maintained with ample street parking. Good location for traveling around Boston. The driveway and nearby area was well litSome improvements to be had are the following:-No tissues were provided - we thought this would have been a given for someone staying away from home-Noise - we could hear footsteps at night time. One night, this happened around midnight as well as audible talking while we were sleeping. The rules say no parties but yet upstairs was loud each night. Please do better about noise if you’re going to have a rule about guests not throwing parties and being loud. We would come back to the stay to sleep and would hear noise from upstairs

Fantastic Retreat

I came into town for a convention I was working at, and couldn't be happier with the Boiler Room. It was a short drive to the convention center and a lovely place to relax after my long days.

Great place!

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a close walk to the train station, we liked not staying in Boston but not being too far away. This place was so cute! It was spacious for what we were wanting! It was perfect!

This property is GORGEOUS and well set up. We felt very cozy and right at home. The patio area was beautiful. Would highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful space with lots of character

The space was very inviting and had really good amenities. A horse were very responsive to all our needs and we would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!

So welcoming

I came to Boston for 8 days while visiting from Australia and could not have picked a better place to stay. The boiler room was full of warmth and coziness and super spacious. Thanks so much for having me, I’ll definitely be back

Cutest VRBO

We loved this VRBO for our Boston trip! Traffic was very reasonable in the area. The place was fully equipped for a couple nights! Not much to offer as far as a fridge, but that’s ok. Great patio space for both coffee in the morning or drinks at night! Highly recommend :)

Good location, nice place

Stayed in The Boiler Room downstairs. Ceiling is a bit creaky, could use a grab bar for entering/exiting shower. Otherwise a good place to stay. Transit train is only a 10 min walk, and several restaurants nearby. We recommend Molinari's
