The neighborhood was a very safe and peaceful. The property was within walking distance to several restaurants and local stores. The appliances were in excellent condition. We were able to make our family meals when didn’t feel like ordering take out. My wife was able to workout with her normal YouTube workouts on the smart Tv. Our kids...

"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"This is a very cute historic building in a great location. The property was close to the ocean and the shopping district. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and parks. A little further walking or a quick trip in the car gives you access to additional quaint shops and dining. Salem is adjacent and thus nearby for history buffs or access to the commuter train. "From initial contact with Serene the communication could not have been any better. The house is wonderful and ideally located to all amenities in Milton. The bedrooms and living areas comfortable. Big shout out to the people of Milton! We were treated like minor celebrities. Applauded into Chans Chinese restaurant..free beers...and everyone so warm and welcoming. If Scotland get back to Boston and you are a larger group (we were 8) then book it!"
