"The house is as nice in person as the pictures indicate. The kitchen stocked so you can cook and eat in.Everything was very clean, easy to find. Comfortable sufficient furniture as well.The owners were easy to deal with and very responsive to questions we had before and after we arrived at the house."

"Couldn't of asked for a better host then Matt. Perfect vacation getaway for our family and inlaws family. The house is huge with plenty of beds. In a safe and family neighborhood. A mile from the beaches, and a few miles from Mystic. We will be coming back next year, thanks again!"

"Excellent location, peaceful porch swing, tidy home, nice shower. Everything we needed for a short stay to explore the area. Host was responsive and kind! Note the sofa bed for extra guest is a very typical sofa bed in terms of comfort. Living room has less privacy, does have blackout window curtains, one open door to kitchen, door between living room and bedroom is sliding style with gaps. Parking was easy. Would stay again!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved staying here with our 2 dogs. Everything was immaculate and as shown in the pics. Our dogs loved the property and had a ton of fun running circles around the house. A huge perk is that it was fenced in so we had no worries about them getting out.The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The town is very walkable with cute shops, food, and a beach. We would highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely be back!"

"This was perfect for what we needed as we had an event at the Foxwood Casino. It wasn't too far from Mystic which was good for us when we wanted to venture out. The only thing I would say needs to be clarified is that, though there is AC, it's a window unit in one bedroom down stairs and one upstairs. The first day we arrived it was a very hot day so that was a little disappointing but the rest of the week wasn't as hot and we were able to run the fan in the kitchen and use an extra fan we...

"Hosts were wonderful- responded to all my questions super fast. House was perfectly clean- also totally surprised and impressed by the huge tea/coffee spread, complete with mini chocolates, no detail left out! Was here for my daughter's college graduation, all guests were comfortable and happy and we loved the water views and quiet street. Thank you!"

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this lovely three bedroom house. Nice touches throughout and had all the room we needed to spread out. Upgrades were included in bathrooms and throughout house - there is a half bath on first floor and a tub with half bath in master! "Had a wonderful birthday celebration with kids and family friends! The rain on Saturday didn’t stop the fun we had all weekend! It was a great visit with a fully furnished house, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!! Debbie was an AMAZING host!!! We will be back to stay at this enchanting rental!!"
