"I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me. Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep...

"I stayed here for a week. It was very convenient, the place was super clean, access to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine are top perks. The interior design made me feel Zen. Also, easy access to a few dining options, convenience stores, etc. For the price, truly gem. "

"Apartment was good and conveniently located near Suria KLCC. However apartment was not available first night due to maintainence issue. Had to move into another apartment complex 2 blocks away. Wish I had been advised prior to arrival. Very inconvenient."

"This property is very nice. The pool is great. But most of all the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was more than enough for me and my wife and we really loved it here. There is 3-4 awesome restarsunts and one mart literally in the same building connect. The process is simple: 200rm deposit which is normal for Malaysia On checkout I requested a late check out and was welcomed with no issues. I received the rest of my deposit and left. "値段は安いがそれ相応の宿でした。 良い点　Wi-Fiが問題無く使えた。冷凍付きの冷蔵庫が付いていた（日本からではなく他国からの買出し旅行で滞在した為）。早朝に到着した為フロントで荷物預かりサービス（有料）があったのは助かった。 悪い点　ソファが臭い。毎日虫（特にゴキブリ）が出る。ティッシュが無い。食器用洗剤も用意されていない。熱いシャワーが出ない。シャンプーが泡立たない。低層階の為、眺望は何も無く暗い（４１階建ての6階）。そして設定の問題なのか上層階で満員になっているせいなのか、エレベーターが全然来ず、乗れない。キッチン用具はフライパンしか使えず、ポットも中身が黄色くなっていた為料理は一切しませんでした。 上記を容認出来る方であれば泊まれるかと思います。 ＊我々は冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫が必須であった為、こちらを選びました。"

"In my room, there is a closed in between door. This in between door is a locked entrance to another room, for other tourists. This in between door is very thin, you can hear everything. And I mean everything. The contact person I had for this room is friendly and questions, requests, remarks I made with WhatsApp, were answered and solved immediately. However, 3 to 4 staff members at the front desk, sitting and looking bored, no (fake) smiling, is a doubtful "
