Siendo una isla, estás obligado a comer en los restaurantes del hotel y no hay otra cosa que hacer por la noche que disfrutar de una buena cena. Fue bastante decepcionante dado los precios y el hecho que en Malasia generalmente se come muy bien y con mucha variedad. "The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. "The room do not have ocean view and refrigerator. The bath towel was extremely smelly and we have requested to change it. "

"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room.
