"Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool Clean rooms and comfortable beds Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep. Small touches are lacking. Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users."

"I arrived at 13.30 to the lobby. Cannot do check in until 15h.OK, I understand, so I wanted to go somewhere I can wait and go for lunch until check in time. So when I asked them to leave the luggage (1 hand bag) they said i had to pay for that..."

"muy buena ubicación."

"The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay."
