"My husband & I stayed with our son-in-law and his 2 boys. Both boys have a form of muscular dystrophy called Freidriech’s Ataxia and are in wheelchairs. They needed a weekend in nature and the cabin in Pleasant Valley fit the bill. We had to navigate a few stairs but all in all the environment was perfect. Marty, the on-site property manager, was very friendly & responsive. "

"Backyard is awesome! Hot tub on deck was a winner. We enjoyed sitting in Adirondack chairs along the rushing river. Beautiful! Wish there had been wood provided for the fire pit.Be aware upstairs is one room, with both beds in same room and no bathroom up there. Lots of towels and blankets available. Kitchen well stocked, but coffee pot troublesome.There was no instruction booklet in house as the manager kept referring to."

"The Alpine home was perfect! Wonderful location in such a sweet little town. Short drives to some of the best hikes around. The house was clean and comfortable and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed cooking and the well stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions and helpful with suggestions for day trips. 8 plus! Highly recommend!"
