"The location of this house is great. It backs right up to a mountain trail and is close enough to the pool and playground. The community that this house is located in is also amazing. There were games for the kids and I saw stuff for sledding if you decide to go here during the winter months. "Great location and the cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and close to hiking trails. Very close to Brekenridge and Frisco. My only caution is in regard to the loft space that only has a 4 foot clearance and with a steep stair way so I dont think that space would be comfortable for everyone."

"We loved our stay at Rocky's retreat. The property is in such a great location along the river, clean, quiet and beautiful and a short drive to town. The house is spacious yet cozy and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the balcony and falling asleep to the sound of the river.
