Llegue a medionoche y no conseguian mi reservacion, a pesar yo tenia la confirmacion. Ya en mi habitacion, mientras me bañaba, una persona entro y salio rapido. Llame a Customer Services y me informaron fue un error. Imagina el susto. En la mañana cuando trate de entrar, la llave no funcionaba. Todo lo demas estuvo bien.

Nos cobraron una película que NO VIMOS, y eso nos hizo quedarnos con una mala impresión. Pues aunque aclaramos varias veces que no la habíamos contratado, hicieron el cargo.

All of the above. only problem was the strong smell of bleach in the hallway & room. My sister & I became nauseous & got a headache. i was fine once smell disappeared. Unfortunately she was sick the rest of the afternoon & evening which kept her from enjoying herself at our niece’s wedding.

Staff was excellent through out the state and national disaster emergencies during our stay. Our heat went out for 24 hrs and we were supplied with extra blankets and a portable heater. Again, staff, engineers, valet parking were especially attentive with my handicap condition.
