Absolutely loved our stay at Aviva’s studio in Santa Monica. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. The host went above and beyond with outstanding service making our stay perfect. The studio is beautifully maintained and was perfect for two people. The space is welcoming, well designed and spacious.,The location was unbeatable and close to everything Santa Monica has to offer. A perfect combination of amazing host communication, accomodation and location. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa Monica

Relaxing rooms with thoughtful details, lots of space (studio plus bath). Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Had everything I needed, including space to write. Would return in a heartbeat. Host is very helpful.

Our stay at Aviva’s place in Santa Monica was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My Wife and I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Aviva’s beautiful rental. Pictures don’t do it justice, large living area, bathroom and so much storage space made it easy to unpack. The outdoor patio was my favorite, spent most of our time while at the unit enjoying the outside. Seating in the shade or sun, whatever you wanted. Add in how quiet it was made returning each day a great place to relax. Very nice neighborhood Would definitely recommend

Perfect Tranquil Hideaway

This is my second stay--the property is private, relaxing, and very comfortable. The studio is quite large and has everything a person could need. There is a large desk which is perfect for the business traveler and it is very quiet so getting a good night's sleep is easy. I cannot recommend this location more highly. I have already booked by stay for next summer.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Monica

The property is beautiful, the host lovely, and the location is highly walkable. Easy stroll to Montana shops, catch the Big Blue bus just down the street, and easy drives to the beach,Westwood, and the Getty museum. The room was beautifully appointed with comfy bedding, office desk and chair, books, small table/chairs to dine on and gorgeous artwork. The bathroom was a luxury with a large tub, shower and an expansive sink area. With a microwave, mini fridge and coffee/tea amenities, we had what we needed to get the day going and store and heat up some breakfast/lunch items - perfect for our needs. Lastly, access to the patio/gym was a huge bonus. Thank You!

Nice place, wonderful host.

We were in town to see our daughter perform in USC's opera and needed a place to stay for just a few nights. This place was great. Very comfortable, spacious, clean. The room could use another comfortable sitting chair. The bed was a bit too firm for us but we made do. The bathroom was great! The shower is a bit small, but nice. Our daughter visited and used the tub (since her tiny apartment doesn't have one), and loved it. Aviva, our host, was wonderful! The backyard/pool area was very relaxing. We got to watch a hummingbird building its nest. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it, but we weren't there to swim. The small gym in the pool house was nice.

Sweet stay in Santa Monica

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed the accommodations and neighborhood. The host was communicative and made sure we had what we needed. We appreciated the espresso, water, and fruit. We’d love to come back when it’s warmer and utilize the pool! Overall, this was a very nice stay and will recommend to friends and family
