"We stayed for a long weekend at this cabin and it more than met our expectations. The location, near Long Barn, was very useful for access to local skiing, and it wasn't difficult to get in or out of (just be aware that the driveway is steep and relatively short in case you have more than one vehicle). "We had a lovely stay. Our hosts sent messages leading up to our trip with information about events in the area. Our host was also available via text message to answer any questions. The house was great and just as described. We comfortably slept 2 couples (mom & dad and the grandparents) and our 3 kids. The deck was perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. Easy access to Pinecrest Lake- the reason for our trip!"

On the second and third days we decided to leave the door unlocked, fearing if we were able to get it locked we would probably be locked out when we returned. When we left for good on the fourth day we were unable to lock the door so left the properly unlocked."

"It took over an hour for me to be able to get into the cabin - wrong code for door. I received the correct code the next day. A door was left opened and that is how I was able to get inside - very unsafe. No napkins and no response. It took a little over 30 minutes to be able to get inside the community because of car check in. I was told parking was $40 per car and when I arrived it was $50. I asked for the listed price to be honored and was told no. I was told twice that I would get a response...
