For a one night stay, this was a perfect room for me. Had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable, and having an en-suite for the price was excellent. If you start looking too closely the finish on the rooms leaves a little to be desired, but that didnt effect my nights sleep!

Location it’s great , the furniture it’s all new and clean. I didn’t understand what I needed to do when I got there but the phone number at the door bell was useful and the lady at tthe other side of the phone, helped me a lot. Thanks

The room had a horrible SEWER Smell. The management said they have someone coming in to fix it but that never happened. Later the building smelled. The management/family offered NO resolution. The one window was difficult to open. The WiFi was So Slow that the WiFi TV could not play a movie without having to buffer many many time. We when out in the area and came back that night to find the outer door code was changed without notifying us. Had to contact the facility through Expedia, and a lady answered yes we changed the code. After that She sent me an email with the code Crazy. The Location to Hyde park was good, but i would never stay there or any other "Mina" location. MEAN AHhhhhh.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and location was amazing. Very good value for money. We will definitely use this hotel in future when visiting London. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to Paddington station and underground.

overall, the stay was fine, however the shower door was broken and the sink was blocked. i wouldn’t say it’s worth the money but it was fine for one night and in a good location.

The stay was quite poor indeed. The location for the property has a lot of potential being so central, with a few minor improvements this could be a really good place. The staff seem disinterested and are tricky to get hold of. Reception is only sporadically staffed to the extent that at check-in we had to find a random person (as the door was open) who had to call the reception lady and we waited about 15 minutes until she came. Communication was very poor, out of our group's 3 reservations only one received check-in information. Everything is done through keypads and codes, which two of us didn't receive. Correspondence was through WhatsApp where messages/questions were often not answered even days later. We encountered several other guests that had similar issues with trying to check-in or gain access to their rooms and had little to no help. One of our party was locked out and ignored by reception when ringing the bell, even though she could see two staff members sitting there scrolling through their phones. At one point a staff member tried to enter a room code on one of our group member's doors and did not knock or reply to verbal questions as to who was there. There was a young girl alone in the room at the time retrieving a coat, and after confronting them and pointing out basic elements of customer service/etiquette dismissed us with saying he was trying to program a keycard. The rooms themselves are somewhat in disrepair.. I would NOT recommend this property!

Terrible service

Room was ok in terms of cleanliness and even decor.. but the reception was open in random times. When i got there the doors were closed. The number on the door no one picked up… the people working there didn’t speak very good English.. Generally great area, but poor choice of hotel.

I didn’t stay there. I waited outside for over 1 hour and the advertisement on this place is FALSE. No front desk, no answer. In London at midnight with no where to stay.

STARTING WITH CHECKING IN THE LADY COULDN'T FIND MY KEY AFTER RUMAGING THROUGH SERVAL BOXES. SHE EVENTUALLY FOUND IT. AL SO TALK TO OTHER STAFF THE WHOLE TIME IN A LANGUAGE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND. THE ROOM WAS FREEZING HEATING CLERY WASN'T WORKING. BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL. TINY SPACE BETWEEN THE TOILET AND THE SINK COULD JUST ABOUT FIT IN THE GAP. VERY CROPROPOBIC. TV DIDN'T WORK HOWEVER THIS WAS FIXED AFTER I CONPLANED. THEN ON MY FINAL NIGHT AT ABOUT 10PM JUST AS I WAS GETTING REDY BED A FIMLY OF THREE CAME IN TO MY ROOM. SAYING THAT HAD A RESERVATION. IN MY SINGLE ROOM. THEY PHONED SOMBODY IN THE END AND SORTRD IT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Nice Location, but Not the Best Experience

The area the hotel was in was really nice, and the room itself was cute. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The shower head was messed up and made taking a shower really difficult. The internet was also very spotty — we had trouble even loading Netflix one of the nights. The hallway leading down to our room (which was downstairs) had a bad smell, and we actually ended up buying air freshener to make it more bearable. The window in our room looked out onto a strange alleyway, which wasn’t the most pleasant view. Overall, I’m glad it wasn’t a long stay.

estancia padre/ hijo en Londres una semana

Habitacion correcta con baño incluido. camas muy cómodas y zona magnifica.La unica pega , como la mayoria de casas victorianas de la zona es que no tiene ascensor, por lo demas muy contento.
