Location great the rest needs work.

The location right on the beach was the best thing about staying here. From reading the other reviews, I knew this place wouldn’t be perfect so I had that in mind, but even knowing that this place needs serious updates. Everything in the condo is on its last life. The beds were super uncomfortable we barely got any sleep because it was so bad. Also, there were stains on the sheets. The couch is really old and dirty was very uncomfortable to sit in. The carpet in the condo turn your feet brown if you walked on it without shoes it was so dirty. One of the showers leaks onto the floor, causing water damage and mold to form in the corners. There is no oven even though it advertises a full kitchen. One of the TVs was broken. Wouldn’t even turn on. We went there to unplug so it didn’t matter too much to us, but there is no Wi-Fi and we did not get cell service. We have AT&T.

Cute condo at the beach

Nice view out front window of the ocean. Electric fireplace provides warmth after spending time on the beach.

Being down stairs in a older house was bad very loud water lines no WiFi or cell service but a amazing view of the beach and quick access to the beach

Overall, good.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It was clean, well appointed, and--best of all!--right by the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of wi-fi connection and phone service. If we had known ahead of time that it would be an issue, we would have prepared differently.

Satisfactory, but not excellent.

The property needs to be updated. The walls need painted, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The listing was close to being correct. The bed frame on the bed with the kitchen window is kind of dangerous. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but the time we did spend was alright. Thank you very much for the rental. A couple of the door handles need some attention.

Overall property was ok, the blinds in the living room were very worn and not working properly, the bedroom off kitchen really needs a good vacuming lots of dust behind bed ane the foot board on the bed is a trip hazard. and the window in living room needs to be replaced its very foggy. Linda

Great location--NO WI-FI

The condo was serviceable but there was NO WI-FI, and the decor looked a little tired. While the lack of wi-fi was annoying at first because we were not expecting that, it made for a forced vacation for our daughter who was planning to work during our stay. There was plenty to do: TV, puzzles, and we brought some games. Barnacle Bill’s and the bakery is nearby. We drove 30 minutes north for a mossy forest walk at Nestucca Wildlife Refuge and 30 minutes south for a view of Devil's Punch Bowl. The carpet was stained and worn. The owners posted a sign to conserve energy and the space was not hard to heat, but extra blankets would have been nice, for both hanging out and sleeping (we only found one for three of us). We didn't turn the thermostat above 55 and only used the fireplace while we were watching TV. The kitchen cabinets and counter were built for giants. Otherwise, it was comfortable and very close to the beach. It has a small kitchen, no oven, only one small workspace on the counter, but otherwise complete and well-stocked, with a dishwasher. After getting through the outer door, there were two inner doors and I didn't want to appear to be breaking in to someone else’s apartment. As it turned out, both doors were for our apartment. Door A was the entrance; door B was to the bedroom. The key works in both. The first bedroom has a small 3/4 bath attached. The second bedroom has an open window into the kitchen and no window to the outside. The second bath is full and not attached to a bedroom. This condo was a good (cozy) fit for three adults, perfect for our family. There is a limited view of the ocean from the living room. The condo is located behind the beach front property, and there is beach access on the south side of the property to a good walking beach in both directions, at least two miles.

Perfect location

Perfect Location with private access to the beautiful beach. Very quite and relaxing. Very clean. The only issue I had was there was no Oven in the kitchen just a stove top. Overall great!

Great location

Loved loved loved being able to just walk down to the beach! The pans could use some updating and we could hear the upstairs neighbors. Otherwise it was a fantastic place! My kids really loved it and can't wait to go back.

Spendy for what you got!

Property was pretty run down. Carpet needed replaced, shower curtain needs replaced. Crack in refrigerator shelf. Pans needs replaced. Couch was not the same as in the picture. The second bedroom does not have much privacy. For the money, was expecting something more updated.

Run down

The ad was deceiving. I took my father for a weekend at the beach and was embarrassed. Black mold in the bathroom, furniture was like a black hole that swallows you up, no place to sit outside , etc......on and on.
