Great view from lanai--very beautiful!--good location, clean, comfortable. The only problem was that it didn't have air conditioning. Enjoyed the walkway along the water that led to Lydgate Beach Park--lovely!

Great condo in an amazing location. Easy walk to the beach and you can enjoy the ocean views from the lanai. Super cute place with everything you need! Even had beach chairs, umbrella & toys. We left snorkels and masks behind to add to their beach closet too. Condo was very clean when we arrived. No complaints from us.

Awesome beachfront place

This guy lace was great! The manager was very responsive when we needed anything. The porch looks right out at the ocean. Nice breeze off the ocean. 200’ walk to a beautiful beach. No AC took a little adjusting to but with fans we were just fine.

LOVED OUR STAY!

We had such a great time here! The place had a spectacular view, was super clean, and felt like home! No complaints here! Was also super nice to be provided with beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear! Would definitely stay here again!

Great time in Lihue

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Easy trip from the airport to the condo. It is a bit of a walk to the access point to swim but we mostly used our location to visit the island. The place has great beach items and beach towels which made it easy to visit different beaches. Quiet (except for the chickens) and it was still cool even without AC. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves was wonderful. Would stay here again without question.

Can’t wait to book again!

Amazing property, gorgeous views and so relaxing. My wife and 2 girls stayed here after staying 5 days a a nice hotel for a work conference. We enjoyed the tucked away feel of the property and the convenience to the island. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Minor maintenance issues, some cabinets don’t stay closed. Absolutely the best water pressure in the master shower. My wife fell in love with a hen and her chicks. That would come to the screen to ask for food when they knew she was there.

The positives: THE VIEW! Spectacular! Needs improvement: The inside pictures on the listing are NOT what you're getting. Was advertised as a 2 king bed 2 bath. We walked in to a king and 2 twin beds. I called, and they said they would push the 2 twins together to make a king, which they did. A minor hassle. We were asked if we "requested" 2 king beds. I didn't know we had to request it since it was listed that way? The kitchen cabinets are falling off and in disrepair. The stainless steel appliances were rusty from the salt water.. understandable but looks like garbage. Any food on the top shelf of the fridge will freeze. Maybe it's time for a new one. (We had a 10 day stay and we're not left with enough paper essentials such as paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper). For the price, I would think all of these essentials would be included. There aren't any spices, oil, ice cube trays etc. be prepared to buy your own. Overall the furniture was dated and not comfortable at all. Glad we spent most of our time out adventuring. The roosters will wake you up loudly every morning right outside the bedroom windows so hopefully you don't want to sleep in. The pool was average, no hot tub. The beach access walkway out front had caved in and was roped off, you could get around it but an eye sore. The beach is beautiful, rugged and only swimmable if you're a strong swimmer. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Girls trip

The location of this condo is pretty ideal. Easy drive to Kapaa or downtown Lihue. Ten minutes to the airport. It was a nice, quiet setting. Didn’t hear any loud groups or parties going on at all. The condo description said we had two king sized beds but there was a king sized bed and two twin beds in the other room. Plenty of paper products and soap were already there. Easy check in and out process. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay!

Great location! Had a few issues once we got to the facility and management responded quickly. However, issues continued throughout the stay, nothing that caused us not to enjoy the stay. Place could be cleaned better and maintained somewhat better. Needs freshening up a bit and a good cleaning would help.

Perfect Spot

This condo is perfect! It has everything you need. The best part is the morning sunrise. Make a cup of coffee and sit on the lanai. The sun rises directly in front of you! The outdoor closet has everything for the beach! Boogie boards, chairs, snorkels and fins. Kitchen has all utensils and kitchen appliance you will need. It does have a washer and dryer in the unit however, the dryer was broke while we were there. It was not a problem as they have a small laundry room behind the management office. The machines in the laundry room take credit card. It was $3 to dry our clothes. The beds are very comfortable and there are 2 full baths. The location is central to Lihue and Kapa'a. Just a 30 minute ride to Poipu. We did not venture north. I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Kauai.

Amazing sunrises and comforts of home available here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Our favorite part was the beautiful area we were in, enjoying the spectacular sunrises over the ocean every morning. The rental was beautiful and well supplied, from kitchen utensils to beach towels and boogie boards and beach chairs. I gave it 4 stars only because it would have been perfect with air conditioning. However, the ceiling fans and stand up fans in almost every room helped immensely, especially at night.

Great location all the way around

Could not have asked for a better location for our 7-day stay in Kauai. Our plan was to be strategically located so as to allow us to hop up and down to the north and southwest parts of the island “relatively” painlessly, while enjoying the great and tranquil views (both the ocean and the roosters) from the condo during breakfast every morning. Another bonus was we were short steps away from Lydgate Beach which is both lovely and “deserted”. Mission accomplished! An added plus was that we were only 10 minutes from Lihue Airport and so were able to leave at a leisurely pace for our morning flight home. We also liked the proximity to many shops and “reasonably” priced restaurants as opposed to other parts of Kauai. Only a few complaints but all minor: the footsteps from the upper floor were easily transmitted through the ceiling; the toilet in the master BR was not securely bolted down to the floor; not enough shelf/counter space in both bathrooms; inadequate supply of paper towels and dishwasher pods. However, overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
