Island getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here as a family of 4. The property is located right on the water and have easy access to a private beach and pool. The sounds of the ocean are amazing as you enjoy the fresh air on the lanai and the scenery is beautiful.

A Dream Vacation Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Lanikai Condo. The kids had a lot of fun going between the warm pool and beautiful beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location, it was walkable to great food, shaved ice and stores. The unit was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer and that the kitchen appliances were all updated. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return!

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay and it was better than it even looked in pictures. The unit was lovely and perfectly equipped- lots of water/beach gear and beds were very comfortable. The heated pool and the little beach was perfect for our 15 month old to enjoy and we were pleasantly surprised by the location. You can walk the beach path North a ways and there are plenty of great spots to eat in this location. Plus the sunrise from the huge lanai was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again!

This is the one!

Stop looking and book it already! This place is awesome! From the beach to the pool and the lanai it was perfect for my family. Also great central location to get around the island. You wont regret this place!!

Love this condo development

It is small with a great living space and the pool sits right above the ocean. Nice little beach steps from your back door. Walk to Lava Lava Beach Club if you don’t want to cook or drive.

Great location! Spacious rental!

Location ideal! 15 min from airport, 60 min from Princeville, 2 hours to view canyon. Condo has stunning views of ocean, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, easy parking and close to great shopping - Coconut Marketplace. Highly recommended!

Paradise was needed!

5 years since our last visit to Hawai’i and 25 years for Kauai. (Honeymoon). Property was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even though there are so many beaches to visit, having your own semi private beach steps away from your condo just can’t be beat. No driving, no packing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location

Great property location. Next to coconut mall and Safeway close by. Central to going up either side of island. I was worried about not having central AC but the nightly winds and fans did a great job. We had our college kids with us and there was plenty of space. Place was stocked for all items you would need on vacation. Would stay again!

Happy Birthdays

Celebrating milestone birthdays for my wife and our daughter, the second floor ocean view lanai made for a wonderful week in paradise. The view was exactly as shown in the on line listing. The property manager was very helpful to us in revising our accommodations and schedule in response to closings on Maui after the fire.

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The deck was a lovely spot to read your book, admire the great view or eat a meal. Very comfortable condo. Great location to explore the island. Good communication with property manger. Lovely grounds. Able to walk to some shops and restaurants. We did not need the AC with all of the ceiling fans. Few minor issues ie carpet in main bedroom has a stain but would happily stay there again.

Amazing trip!

My family of four loved everything about this property! Stunning beach, amazing views, easy access to the pool. We loved how many supplies came with the apartment — binoculars for bird watching, coolers for the beach, and snorkel gear. And my kids enjoyed the soccer ball and corn hole game. The dishwasher broke during our stay, which was a big bummer, but they gave us a complimentary late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Kaua’i! Much appreciated.

Great location!

Great location as easily accessible to north & south areas of the island. We loved walking to the Lava Lava Beach Club & the Marketplace. Nice to have a large deck, so close to the ocean and a pool. Wonderful to have all beach gear provided and kitchen was well equipped. It smelled very stuffy when we first arrived. The building is tired and carpet in bedrooms need cleaning. Noisy air conditioner but lots of fans and louvred windows so we didn’t use it. We enjoyed our stay here.

Private, large balcony - just listen to the waves!

Wonderful week on Kauai at this unit! Great location with beach right there, walking to shopping and restaurants, and grocery a short drive. Kapaa is a great central location for all the sights. The unit is large and well-equipped with full kitchen, washer & dryer, and extras like beach chairs and water toys. We loved the shaded balcony! The only AC is in the guest room, so a couple still days were hot. Windows on two sides of the unit and large sliders let in the trade winds, which is always a plus and will be better on cooler days/ eves. Would definitely consider for a future visit!

View was amazing!

Amazing views from the lanai and beautifully equipped and decorated with almost everything needed… might of been a little better with central air and elevator however the beautiful decor and views make up for that. My mother of 83 was able to make the stairs okay and was able to sleep in the window a/c unit in the spare room. Only a couple of complaints as the unit above was very loud in the evening and one of the cleaning crew came by to borrow the vacuum without notice… but all and all it’s was awesome time for all of us. We really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home away from home. ~Mahalo
