"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. "The beds were not comfortable you could feel the springs. The room with the double bed had something stuck to the sheets like they were not clean. The extra blankets and sheets were just thrown in the closet. There were no instructions on the oven to know the temperature your cooking at. They had no extra towels. Only 1 kitchen and 1 hand towel for a week stay. No papertowels and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom."

They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. "La atención del personal de recepción fue excelente y amable, incluso nos dieron acceso a la habitación antes de la hora. El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación también, con mobiliario de calidad y bien arreglada. El único detalle, que en realidad no es propiamente tema del hotel, aunque tal vez podrían hacer algo al respecto, ha sido que durante las dos noches, en el patio al que daba la ventana de la habitación, algunas aves hicieron un ruido muy alto durante buena parte de la noche haciendo asi dificil poder dormir."
