"This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20...

"La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. "The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it a practical choice for travelers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the furniture and bathroom felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation. One important issue was that the hotel is listed on Expedia as offering laundry facilities, which was one of the main reasons we chose to book it. Unfortunately, we found that this information was inaccurate, as no laundry service or facilities were available. Overall, the location and welcoming staff were definite positives, but some of the amenities and facilities did not meet our expectations."
