The building is modern; after a few steps, you can take the elevator or continue up the stairs to the first floor, where the apartment door opens.



The open-plan living area features a double sofa bed, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen offers a four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a comfortable dining table for four. The bathroom, also newly renovated, has a spacious shower and a window.



The bright bedroom includes a second air conditioning unit and a small balcony, perfect for quiet breakfasts or evening drinks after a day at the beach. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in every room, making it suitable even for winter stays.
