"We chose this home because of the location for visiting family and near town. The fenced yard was great and we enjoyed the farmhouse sink and air fryer. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing, especially with the cost. We stayed for 3 weeks, and the home was not ready for a longer stay. "Our stay here was short but wonderful. We were staying to attend a concert at the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. It was a stones throw from the venue! The home was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The beds and sheets were beyond inviting and comfortable . The area was quiet and provided us with a great nights sleep."

"Muy bonito me encanto"

"Lee is an amazing host! He responded as quickly as possible and was polite and respectful. The space was as described: clean well maintained and relaxing. The price for the stay was phenomenal. The last place we stayed at in Wilmington failed in comparison. I recommend staying here and plan to again soon! A must see and a 5 all the way"

"We had the best time! The home is in a great location. So close to everything downtown and not a far drive to any of the local beaches. The house was a great as the pictures look. We will definitely stay there again the next time we travel to Wilmington. Everything was better than I could have expected!"

"We enjoyed this adorable house. Quiet and safe as well as central to anything you wanna do. Highly recommend."

"Loved it there"

"Andrew is a great host and this house is so cute and clean! Location is super convenient and comfortable for pets"

"The neighbor is not friendly, if you DoorDash they’ll yell at the doordasher for being in front of their house and they’ll greet you with their list of complaints. The house is nice. It’s perfect easy to handle. Clean and I would recommend the place but be aware of the neighbors"

"The home was great, very clean well located the host was very easy to deal with. We would stay there again."
