"Nancy was very communicative. We arrived to the cabin a little earlier than check-in to drop off one of our cars so that we could go explore Asheville. Phil and Nancy were there cleaning the cabin. They were super sweet and welcoming. The property is beautiful. The day was actually quite lovely so we sat on the porch for a while before going to dinner in Asheville. It is a nice comfortable cabin, a great getaway. If you were looking for a place to just relax and get away from the hustle and...

"Property was great and easy to get to!"

"Great place to stay. I will go back there.”"

"Nice enough house, although older, met our needs. Great, spacious, fenced back yard with plenty of grass. We have 2 dogs so really appreciated the yard. Enjoyed small covered alcove on the deck. Large kitchen with good appliances and adequately supplied. Small bathrooms but functional, although one had no vent or window. Comfy king bed. Internet had to be reset every day (by us), some days several times. Did not like being required to purchase damage insurance. Pet fee was excessive, although...

"Very clean and comfortable."

"Beautiful spot with lots of bed. The driveway was a bit much for my suv, but we got there"

"Very nice accommodations. Clean environment. Very comfortable bed. Nice double vanity sink for couples. Full size shower with extra linens closet. Nice porch for outdoor R&R. Communication with host was fast and friendly. Anytime we needed anything host was accommodating. Appreciated the chalk board welcoming us with our name.I will definitely keep in mind for any future Asheville stays."

"Booked this rental after our original VRBO cancelled last second on us due to maintenance issues. Brandon was super accommodating with the short request. Brandon was also on top of responding quickly if there was ever a need with the house or a concern. The house was super clean and spacious. The game room and garage were a hit. While a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Asheville, ubers and lyfts were not an issue. Definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to visit Asheville."

"Excellent location, extremely clean, great communication by host."

"The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the large gathering areas and used all of the amenities. The house is in a great location not too far from anything you would want to do in the Asheville area. Check-in and checkout-out process was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!"
