Great for quick trip to AVL

Stayed here after round of golf at CC of Asheville & location was perfect. 2 miles from course, very short drive to dinner & so much better value for 3 grown men to have own room rather than share or get multiple hotel rooms!Everything was very clean, comfortable & will stay again if ever in the AVL area! Heidi did a wonderful job, communicates both thoroughly and well to make sure guests are taken care of along with local knowledge of things to do!Thank you!

Perfect place in Asheville!

My family gathered to celebrate my granddaughter graduating from the Univ of North Carolina in Asheville and this was the perfect spot to stay. Very clean with lots of room and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. It's close to everything and there is a delightful coffee shop right across the street. The host is so accommodating and responsive!

Heidi is an amazing host! She was very conscious of communicating with us in our last minute search for a place to stay when our other housing fell thru for our trip. The house is in a very convenient location for all kinds of activities and had everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere for your stay. Adequate Abode

House was well located close to Downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. The rooms and amenities were adequate for a brief weekend trip, but I have definitely received more for much less. The overall condition of the property is overdue for some freshening up. This is clearly apparent in areas like the upstairs bedroom with large exterior door gaps, stabby peeling paint on the deck, loose front steps, and dirty blinds. No curtains or drapes ensure you wake up with the sunrise if the neighbor's roosters don't handle that first. The house is also on a road frequented by loud vehicles. Overall I'd give this property a 4/5.

This was a great experience! My friends & I enjoyed staying here. Very clean, nice layout with multiple floors; we didn’t feel cramped. We really liked the decor of the home too! We were less than 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again when I return to Asheville.

Weekend Getaway

Property was exactly as pictured - very clean and inviting. For 5 adults the space was perfect given the main living space on ground level, master suite upstairs (beautiful and spacious) and other bedrooms/bathrooms on the lower level. We didn't utilize the kitchen for meals given our short stay but the house was equipped with everything one could need. The host was very accommodating in our request to do a late check-out. Would recommend this property to family and friends!

Perfect Mountain River Getaway

Five stars! Wonderful area in close proximity to several amazing restaurants and breweries (with good outdoor spacing and many with views of the river). The host, Heidi, was also very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We loved our time here!

Three “seniors” visiting Asheville for the first time chose this property for our home away from home. The house exceeded our expectations.
