Le tapis de la chambre était vraiment sale et l'odeur d'égout provenant des toilettes de la chambre donnait le gout d'aller dormir ailleurs.

駅そばの快適なホテル
レッチェ駅から徒歩３分ほどのところにあり、鉄道旅行には大変便利なロケーション。建物はやや古い感じだが、部屋は十分な広さがあり、湯沸し器もついていてとても快適に滞在できた。今回はスタンダードルームを３泊予約し、バスタブ付きの部屋をとリスエストしておいたところ、案内された部屋はバスルームがとても広く、しかもスパパス付であった（アップグレードしてくれたのかも？）。さらにクローゼットには木製ではないハンガーがたくさん備えてあり、洗濯物を干すのに非常に便利だった。また朝食についても、イタリアには珍しくサラダがあったり、サンドイッチやフォカッチャなどもあって、とても充実していた（ただし７時のオープン直後だとまだ置いていないものもあり、全部揃うのは７時半くらい）。

The unique selling point of this property is its closeness to the central train station. Links to most of the towns between Lecce and Bari and beyond are easy and fairly quick. In its former glory, as the railway hotel, this would have been the go-to accommodation for many Travellers and an overnight stay a normal thing to do. The opulence of the Grand Hotel at Lecce would have wowed the guests and there would have been a constant topping and doing of waiters and staff. There would have been a proper restaurant and kitchen serving up nice meals with local produce and the guests would have gone to bed without ever having to leave the hotel. Maybe this situation prevailed even beyond 2016 when the hotel was still listed in the Michelin Red Guide. Now, however, after the ravages of COVID and the various lockdowns that followed, the kitchen only operates for breakfast and the restaurant is a mere memory. Who knows? Maybe the restaurant will come back. It would make a lot of sense in this grand edifice.

Mysigt hotell i bra läge.
Gammalt härligt stadshotell i fint skick några Hundra meter från järnvägsstationen. Ca 300 meter till gamla staden.Stort rum med bra utrustning.Swimmingpool.God frukost men ibland behövdes fyllas på.

Personnel non serviable. Stationnement difficile et incapable d’obtenir de la monnaie pour stationnement. La réception de l’hôtel pourrait se garder de la monnaie pour accommoder la clientèle

Great location by the train station within walking distance of all amenities. Staff very helpful. Hotel is a little 'tired' but still clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor dining area for breakfast. Pool is lovely and quiet and a great area to relax in the sun.

Dicht bij het station van Lecce gelegen, de buurt zelf is een beetje verlopen (drugdealertjes enz). Het hotel is oké doet een beetje denken aan de grote hotels in het interbellum.

Very old and the shower head was disgusting and spraying everywhere but down! I made them replace it! Room smelt of damp and black mould around the shower/bath!

Très décevant
La ville de Lecce est superbe! Notre hôtel vieillissant est mal entretenu,plomberie et robinetterie défectueuses,chambres infestées de fourmies(même dans les draps !),hormis le petit déjeuner irréprochable cet hôtel est à fuir. Par contre il est bien placé. Un regret également 6 transats à la piscine pour tout l’hôtel !

Sfeervol en deftig hotel
Een prettig, net buiten de stad gelegen hotel. Maar wel lekker dicht bij het station waardoor het gemakkelijk is om uitstapjes te maken. Het hotel ademt een klassieke sfeer en het ‘klassieke’ is heel positief bedoeld. Twee minpuntjes: de douche (de hele badkamer wordt nat en koud/warm wisselt) en de start van het ontbijt (direct bij binnenkomst eten uitzoeken en bestellen bij een serveerster) voelt niet fijn. Jammer, want verder waren wij enthousiast over dit hotel

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni Buona posizione per visitare la città di Lecce L hotel e molto vecchio la pulizia giornaliera e presente ma nel complesso ci sono molte cose da rivedere . Capisco che lo stile sia antico ma nelle camere i tendoni con mantovane le testate sei letti imbottiti non sono igienici io ho avuto problemi d allergia per la polvere . Nei corridoi c’è ancora la moquette tra l’altro piena di macchie Non è curato le poltrone nella sala interna hanno la stoffa rovinata , hanno un grosso potenziale perché c’è anche un giardinetto interno e piscina ma non è curato Ci vorrebbe una bella ristrutturazione

Lecce is een prachtige stad en dit hotel koninklijk. Fijn zo dichtbij het station en met een zwembad. Het ontbijt is vergeleken met andere viersterrren hotels te mager: oude croissants, geen schuim op de cappuccino’s, de ananas kwam uit blik, en een minimale keuze van brood.

Average hotel that doesn’t meet expectations
I would say the hotel needs to update their photos or update their facilities, because the pictures aren’t an accurate representation of the premises. I would say that a primary motivator for many is the outdoor lounge/pool area, however this area is filthy, to the point of looking derelict, and the pool is closed. I can understand that the pool being closed could happen for many valid (Covid-related) reasons, this should be stated in advance and ‘pool’ should be removed from the listed facilities and photos. This being said there is no excuse for the pool are to be kept in such a mess, making the place unappealing to even sit at. Also, the ‘car park’ is a shed with space for 6 cars where you have to leave your car keys at the reception and have hotel staff move your car around as the only way of parking is to block others. The hotel said that if there is damage they would take responsibility, but I’d love to see how that would play out in reality. This being said, it’s an inexpensive hotel, staff were fine, but just font get your hopes up.
