Are you planning a holiday in the south of France? Welcome to our comfortable and practical holiday home, ideally located in Laure-Minervois, at the heart of the Minervois region and close to Carcassonne.



This private 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. It features one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, TV, and storage, plus a cosy living room with a sofa bed (120 x 190 cm) and an additional bed (90 x 200 cm).



The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and washing machine. Separate toilet.



The property is non-smoking (smoking allowed outside). Bed linen, pillows, and duvets are provided; towels are available for an extra charge.



Enjoy your private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. Motorcyclists can park their equipment under cover.



Shops and village services are just steps away: grocery, butcher, caterer, pharmacy, doctor, and café-restaurant. You can stroll around the lake or explore a scenic trail discovering the Capitelles. In summer, special events are held on full moon evenings.



Laure-Minervois is famous for its wines and its listed church. Carcassonne and its medieval city are just minutes away, as are many must-see sites in the region.
