Awesome Group Hangout Spot

We had a fantastic stay with our group of friends! The open living area was perfect for game nights, and the backyard BBQ grill was a nice touch. The host was friendly and checked in to ensure we had everything.

The good. Salt water pool that we didn't use when it was ice cold after we payed for heating. Big house. Animals allowed. Descent TVs/projector. The bad, everything else. Total frat house vibe. On a noise street in a sketchy area. Zero cleaning. Low tier beds, linens, toiletries, etc. Property managers lean hard on insurance off VRBO, presumably to run insurance scams, because everything in the house is broken down and unmaintained (literal holes in the wall). No cleaning is done pre-check-in. Everything is layered in filth (half eaten food left in bedrooms). Furniture is old, soiled, and very uncomfortable. Most of the description is either wild embellishments or out right lies. Pool has no solar cover and wasn't heated despite paying extra. TLDR: catfish frat house vibes at a premium price. Not suitable for anyone with expectations of cleanliness or comfort. Very disappointed.

Perfect stay for our family reunion! The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the kids loved the pool. The host was great, responding fast to our questions. Highly recommend this place!

Funtastic Family Getaway

We had a great time staying at this property, the house is setup to enjoy your time at home wether you want to enjoy a movie on the projector with the family, a relaxing day in the pool or just fun and games in the billiard room or the video game system in the loft, we would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful place

We came from Michigan to Vegas to be married and found this property to stay with our family. The kids and our mother loved the pool and outside area. We loved playing pool on the table as a family. The location was prefect quite area not a lot of noise. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If we had an issue we reached out to the host and they took care of it right away. We loved our stay here and would book with them again

Family trip to Vegas

The house was perfect for our large 12 person group with age ranges from 16 to 65. It was the perfect location for easy access to the strip and the grand canyon. We were able to spend time at the strip and went to the grand canyon, hoover dam, and zion national park. The house was as advertised. The pool robot cleaner had broken before we got there. So the pool was dirty when we arrived, however the host was extremely responsive and had it cleaned and repaired before we came back from our adventures for the day! I wpuld highly recommended this has for large group outings in Vegas and surrounding areas!

Cozy couples’ retreat

This place was perfect for our couples’ getaway! The patio was great for evening drinks, and the house was spotless with comfy beds. The host replied quickly to our questions about local restaurants. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty one evening, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Highly recommend this gem!

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful place for entertaining

We were just staying as a small family and it was so nice and comfortable. It would be the perfect place for entertaining as there were so many amenities for a larger group of people, the beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive. Would love to come back on a girls trip with some friends.

Fun for events

The house matched the listing description. I chose this property because they explicitly say EVENTS ALLOWED, which is rare find. The property management is very responsive and helpful. I paid extra for an early check-in. There is a hybrid check-in policy where in you can check in early but staff is still there cleaning and working on home maintenance. My party said it was fine they wanted to use the pool early. The house has lots of fun activities such as the X Men games pool tables and projector screen.

Time with family away from the hustle bustle of the Strip

Enjoyed our time at this rental. It is in a subdivision away from the Strip, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to 2 dog parks. We brought our pooch and he was ecstatic to play with dogs. Since the parks were so close, we could go for about 30 minutes twice a day. We choose this rental because we were going down to Vegas to visit family, attend a UNLV football game, and enjoy some down time. All of those boxes were checked during this stay.

Fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive to all our questions and concerns. Plus, they were very accommodating with the check-in time. One tip: it's best to arrange for pool heating in advance so it's ready when you get there. We're already looking forward to staying with you again.Thanks for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Superb accommodation

Great location, great neighbors, immaculately clean, and well laid out. Elegant and classy. Our family really enjoyed the park right across the street it had pretty much everything you can ask for in a park, my kids were over at the basketball courts and we wish we'd had our baseball stuff with us.
