Mother daughter trip

This was an excellent property for a family visit and just chilling out Place!! Everything is well appointed, very clean and just comfortable but still comfortable in a more elegant way! The pool is amazing! Our visit was just about being with each other and catching up!!! I would highly highly recommend this one!

Lovely stay with friends

A group of nine ladies (lifelong friends) came for our annual outing. The house is beautiful, and the pool area is stunning. We were comfortable and enjoyed the property.

I wish I could give 100 stars on this property. House is clean, huge, very peaceful. The backyard oasis was our favorite part!! Everytime we come to Vegas we want to reserve this property. Owner was very nice and friendly!

Great property!

Beautiful property! It’s like being at your own mini resort. The pool and yard are beautiful. Packed full of amenities. Nice neighborhood, clean large home with everything you could possible want. Great communication with owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Las Vegas get away

We enjoyed the beautiful private back yard. The swimming pool and hot tub were a daily event!! Excellent big screen TV in the family room. We had a wonderful vacation together!! Kitchen was clean and well set up for some fun meals. Thank you Tim, Cheryl, and the boys!!

Amazing

The pictures are try to the property and it looks even more beautiful in-person. I was not expecting for it to be as roomy as it was, but we loved every bit of it! The guest manager was great! He responded to messages promptly. The master bedroom is AMAZING! The pool area is breath taking! Let’s just say that I am looking forward to booking this property again. My youngest daughter and grandson did not want to leave the house.

Wonderful Family Time

We rented this home for a week for our family. The home was perfect for us. We all had our own bedrooms and the living room and kitchen were perfect for family gatherings. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Our granddaughters spent most of their time in the pool. We paid to heat it and glad we did because it was a bit chilly. Randy (Evolve Host) was awesome. He was very responsive and helpful answering the questions we had. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. There are lots of restaurants and a grocery store/Target/Sam's Club nearby. It's fairly close to the strip and several golf courses. (I would recommend that the home be stocked with more plastic glasses/bowls/plates for the pool area. Also, the home could use more plates/silverware. There were nine of us and we were constantly washing dishes.) Overall, we loved this rental and would book if it again if we return to the area.

Location was good, the pool and hot tub looked to be as advertised (we didn't heat or use the pool, however). Communication was easy and fast. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Home

House was great size for our group. Allowed each to have their own room and with 3 seperate living areas and the outdoor pool area everyone was comfortable. The property manger stayed in touch and kept up with all our needs.

Great pool

For the family/kids it was great to be off the strip. Great backyard with pool and Sauna. Road noise can be loud during the day but relatively quiet at night. Property manager was fantastic and if I had needed anything I know all I would have to do is ask and he would deliver. Thank would have preferred to be a little closer to the strip but the property and pictures were as advertised.

This house has anything you need. The host took care of all the needs and details. Big spaces indoor, fun and well maintained outdoor, pool, spa, grill, gazebo. Just name it. The only downside is the 30'ish min drive to the strip and that the yard is on a noisy junction

Highly recommend this property for groups and kids!

We would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a group or families with kiddos. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with wonderful plants and trees, the shaded areas were great for daytime, and the heated pool and hot tub were great in the night when it was chilly. The house was very clean, there was lots of space for our group size, and there were many helpful Items available – – books, games, kitchen, items, pool towels, etc. The back of the property does sit along a somewhat loud street, but it did not bother our group at all.
