"The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. "The stay was fine. My issues were with the VRBO person I was trying to deal with. Not only was there a language issue, I had no contact with my hosts because VRBO took four days to respond to my request to fix my email issue and why my booked stays were not showing up under my new email. The only good thing was the helpline person I dealt with did give me the number of the property manager so I could get the check-in info. "

"The location of the condo and how it was stocked was really nice. The description of it having air conditioning was not clear. Only the bedroom has air, leaving the rest of the condo uninhabitable and unusable for the evening hours. Being on the 3rd floor, the heat was unbearable - impossible for the loft area in the afternoons/evenings.
