"The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. Also the carpet is very old and dirty and has a moldy and rotten smell, hurt my throat, and difficult to breath. Also all the window sills are very dirty. It is not in a livable condition. "The location of the condo and how it was stocked was really nice.
The description of it having air conditioning was not clear. Only the bedroom has air, leaving the rest of the condo uninhabitable and unusable for the evening hours. Being on the 3rd floor, the heat was unbearable - impossible for the loft area in the afternoons/evenings. The weather was mid 80s while we were there, but the condo stayed well into the 90s until late. I got this condo because I enjoy cooking. I was only able to do...

"The stay was fine. My issues were with the VRBO person I was trying to deal with. Not only was there a language issue, I had no contact with my hosts because VRBO took four days to respond to my request to fix my email issue and why my booked stays were not showing up under my new email. The only good thing was the helpline person I dealt with did give me the number of the property manager so I could get the check-in info. "

"Peaceful vacation in paradise! We absolutely loved this property located right on the ocean with a private beach steps from your condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the beach chairs were a nice touch. We will definitely book this condo next year! The beautiful grounds were a bonus with papayas, bananas and even an herb garden. The snorkeling is great a few yards from the beach and we had daily swims with the turtles in front of the property."
