Great location

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and the location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to Stateline, NV and then into S Lake Tahoe.

Very spacious home and perfect for our group. It was not too clean though ( Sticky floors, dirty dishes, spider webs), but overall we had a good time.

Great house close to skiing!

Really enjoyed our stay here, close to the boulder lodge, plenty of room in the house, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day after a long day of skiing!

Every-time me and the family are in town we love staying here! You feel at home. Wish we could have stayed longer, but got to get back to work/school. Definitely recommend this place.

VACATION TIME.

It was a very special Vacation for me and my family, the property was really great, cleanness, comfortable, with all the utilities that you needed. Everything was right at the corner, the beach, downtown. Can't wait to come back.

Great location & plenty of space

What a find! Great location, quiet and fairly private. Great amenities and views from the deck upstairs. Would definitely stay here again, especially during ski season!

We had a great stay! Lots of room for everyone. The loft in the upstairs bedroom was great for kids. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great location to the lifts and an easy drive to down town. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated how stocked it was.

Great stay close to Heavenly, Perfect if you want to Ski A lot

Great place to stay if skiing at Heavenly, boulder lodge is very close. Place is a little dated, but perfect for a group that is looking to spend most their time at the mountain and not looking for a luxury mansion. FYI 8 parking spots are only in the summer, its more like 3 with the snow, maybe 5 if you squeeze and double park

Highs and downs

The place is very good, just couple of things that needs attention. Hot tub was out of service and it doesn't mentioned when you book. There was not cleaning utensils. The place was kind of dusty at the time of checking in. Trash can doesn't have very much space if you stay more than 3 days.

The dirtiest house ever

I took a lot of pictures of all the dirty spots this house have.. spider and spider webs everywhere and the sink had a really bad odor. Vaccum was broken. Not enough toilet paper. And dirty everywhere

4th of July vacation

The house was clean. The code did not work upon arrival but the contract person was very helpful and quick to respond. On the second night the toilet in the downstairs bedroom broke. There was also a septic smell when leaving the windows open . The contact person was very helpful and got someone there to fix it the next day. The kitchen had minimal areas to store food as the pantry was locked shut. The few cabinets had food or other items in them. Overall the home was great!

Nice Location

We love the location and the space in the house. It's very close to a number of fun spots. There were 5 of us and 2 pets and it was very spacious for our group. We were extremely disappointed that the jacuzzi was advertised because it was "out of order" and that was 1 of our 2 must haves when we were looking for a location, they should not advertise it if you can't use it, or send us a message letting us know. I received an email before our check in saying the last digits of my cell were to be used as the code to get into the house. Well it didn't work. My brother was the first to arrive after about 10hrs of driving and couldn't get in for 30mins because we had to contact the manager, wait for him to give us the code and when he did, it wasn't anything close to my cell number.

Okay stay

We did a majority of the cleaning upon our arrival. We messaged our host about this and they offered to have someone come by and clean but we were in the home the majority of our stay and we had already cleaned most of what we could and didn’t want to have someone there cleaning while we were in the home. My aunt rolled her ankle coming down the stairs the first night we arrived while we were taking our luggage and belonging inside due to lack of lighting outside, a bump in the pavement and first step being a little high off the ground. The place is huge and we made the best of what we had. Everyone slept relatively comfortably, we did have one issue with a bed coming off the railings as soon as you sit or lay down. The upper part of the house didn’t have working air conditioning. But all in all we enjoyed sitting out on the porch and using the hot tub.

Family Vacation

Even though the house was a bit old and had some damages we had a great time in the home. Kids were having fun with the pool table and was a bit sad the hot tub was out of order. We were not in the home most of the day but when we were tired from enjoying the outdoors we always looked forward to return to a comfortable bed to rest in. The house was so spacious for 10 of us. It was beautiful inside and outside. We loved that whatever we need for cooking or eating it was ready in the kitchen such as pots and pans, forks spoons knife and plates and bowls. The only thing that was hard for some of us was that there was no AC working but we left the windows open and received nice cool air and didn't have to use a blanket. There was a lot of towels there for us to use but didn't use much cause we had our own towels.The house was nice and clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We cleaned up and made sure it was taken care of just as if it was our home. We prayed over your home and the owners and the next family who will enjoy your home. Thanks again and God bless

Great Location, Fair Price, Some Challenges

Great location, it was so fun to be able to walk to the lodge! I think the house could use some more towels because there’s a hot tub, we found ourselves doing loads of towels several times. The kitchen is also missing basic things like measuring cups/spoons and scissors. The house is clean at a basic level (like bathrooms and sheets) but at a deeper level (like chandeliers and such) it’s quite dusty/cobwebby. Another thing we were bummed about was that the listing says it has cable and it does not. We booked Super Bowl weekend based on that qualification. Lastly, I found the communication to be quite difficult. I messaged for months before getting a response back, and when I did, they didn’t have answers to the questions. When they did finally answer (when my trip was close), they were polite and responsive, but it seems like there are multiple property management companies and they don’t know all of the details of the house and the owner was not responding to them. The house is definitely outdated but I think the photos accurately show that and the price seems fair.
