"What a lovely location. Perfect spot for the two of us to recharge our batteries doing some local walking and also exploring further afield around Inverness and Loch Ness. Lots to do on a week long stay and on top of that a lovely, clean, fully equipped cottage for us to stay in. We strolled along the beach to Chanonry Point several times Took us about 30 minutes each way, hoping to see the dolphins, without success, although almost everyone we talked to had seen them. It didn’t matter...

"Spacious, well equipped and good value for money. It rains sometimes - it's Scotland - but the surroundings are glorious. We explored Loch Ness with castle Urquhart, saw dolphins at Chanonry Point, got close with hairy coos, went for a walk in Glen Affric and even visited Eilean Donan and completed the Bealach na Bà. Hopefully will be back soon."

"The house was new and clean. It has a wonderful and well equiped kitchen, a nice living room with fireplace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. John and Diana live next door and you can count on them if you have any problem. The house is placed in the country, in a very peaceful area with no pubs, restaurants or supermarkets nearby, but the main road to Inverness is very close and you can get there in 15 minutes. We all loved the house, it was perfect and everything seemed new. Our stay there...

Gregor answered every question we had in a very timely manner and even gave us a ride to the train station on our last day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "We had the most stunning holiday at New Brachkashie! From the moment you enter the cottage you feel at home. It’s cosy, warm, beautifully decorated and has the best view from the kitchen table! During our stay we explored Fort Augustus and nearby places but the biggest adventure was on the islands of loch Knockie that we reached by cottage boat! Most incredible memories for our children! "Clava Cottage couldn't be better located! A quick walk to the bridge and you are in the heart of the city and great food. My husband and I, along with our three children (14,12,9) enjoyed our stay in Inverness (3 nights). The flat was a great home base after exploring all day. Great family room for us all to eat together and enjoy a movie! Two bathrooms and ample space for the kids (they stayed upstairs). It was nothing fancy but just what we needed.
