"NOT QUIET. Maintance makes lots of noise right below our balcony."

"The only thing I would have liked is if the outlets were replaced. Naturally over time these outlets get worn and the plugs won’t be properly secured. There are quite a few around the unit that need to be changed out. Other than that, all the accommodations were great! "

"It is a nice condominium with all the comforts that will make you feel at home, the kitchen is very equipped and I thought it was a plus to have contact with the owner or manager of the apartment because if you have any problem they are there to help you. The kitchen was fully equipped so you can cook and not spend too much money on food, you also have the beach a couple of minutes walk away which I thought was fabulous and if you don't want the beach you have the condo pool for you to enjoy."

"I stayed at the Kihei Bay Surf b212. I had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was very convenient and close to the main street for easy Uber pick up access. The bathroom was very clean. The air condition worked well along with the fans that were provided. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but I did look at it and it looked really nice. The one feature that I did like was that there was a pür water purifier attachment to the kitchen sink which was very helpful. I recommend...

"As promised this was a fantastic view in Maui. We sat on the balcony that looks out over the beach and oven, and it was beautiful. Every morning and every night. I loved that there were 2 separate bedrooms, one have 2 beds so each of the kids got their own bed. They also had their own bathroom. Great condo for a great price with a fantastic view."

"Linda’s villa was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Beautiful view, amazing indoor/outdoor living space. Convenient to everything. It was so nice to snorkel at our beach at 7 a.m., swing by one of the nearby coffee kiosks, pop into the hot tub to warm up and still be back at our villa by 8 a.m. for breakfast on the lanai. "Me pareció de muy buen gusto encontrar al dueño de la propiedad recibiendo clientes y entregando sus habitaciones. El lugar está muy bueno ya que cuenta con playa y con alberca. La habitación pequeña, pero muy funcional y con una cama muy cómoda. Lo que sí falla es el servicio de limpieza que no entra diario a la habitación a hacer su trabajo. No limpian los botes de basura, no cambian las toallas, no hacen las camas. Entonces esto lo convierte en un apartamento o un Airbnb. Espero que no se les haga costumbre que en los hoteles esperemos otros servicios. Fuera de eso….. todo impecable. "

"Good afternoon, I go to that hotel twice a year. Today, since I arrived, I asked for a room with a garden view, and they gave me one overlooking the parking lot, but they quickly changed it. Then, during the night, I heard a very strange noise coming from one of the doors, as if the hinges were creaking loudly, but they fixed it. The worst thing is that they didn't have internet. Afterwards, I went to do my laundry, and the people who started doing laundry left the dryers full of their clothes. By the time the cycle had finished, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to come and take them out. Honestly, I was disappointed"
