My issue with the resort and reason for 3 stars is because there was no consideration given for my Expedia status on the room upgrade or property amenity. I politely asked 2x but ultimately gave up. Overall great stay and value to spend. I do recommend this place. I Enjoyed the breakfast and beach bar dining & drink options. Beach right outside resort is very nice, but near the umbrellas and seating the sand is littered but that is expected considering the amount of foot traffic. The street is very walkable with plenty of dining options and away from the main strip and busiest areas but very easily walkable.

Best pillows ever. The constant music around the pool and beach area was a bit annoying. The pool needs more shade options. The papaya salad chicken satay was delicious.

Where can I begin? First of all the location and beachfront access were amazing. The staff went way out and beyond a D-defined VIP service. The front person I Don't recall his name (blond hair) made our stay very special . They also sent my daughter a personal cake to her room for her birthday!

The room wasn't very big, plastic chair low quality toiletries, 3 English movie channels, no rain shower , felt like a ibis room for the price point not value for money, pool is great, location is great , beach is beach , still bottles and cigarettes from the previous day on the beach , breakfast was very good and all the staff were amazing, island hotels are a little more expensive but overall I did extend my stay by 3 extra days so not that bad

The location of the hotel is very nice right on the beach. Though tell us set up well with the pool in the middle The main road right outside is all the shops and it's very walkable... Had a wonderful time walking the entire beach and the city for shopping highly recommend.!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the OZO! The room was clean and quiet, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and kind. I like how it’s within walking distance to everything but not in the craziness of Chaweng beach. I would definitely stay at the OZO again!

Helaas doet men hier aan het zg handdoekje leggen waardoor na het ontbijt geen bedjes met parasol beschikbaar waren. Paar keer geen kopjes om tijdens ontbijt koffie te nemen dus maar gekocht aan de bar buiten. Fijn dat er bij de buren wel bedjes beschikbaar waren, tevens zijn de prijzen voor een drankje en een hapje daar een stuk aangenamer.

Ganzen Chaweng Beach abgelaufen. Haben wohl das beste Hotel erwischt. Zimmer recht groß, allerdings wenig Potenzial um Kleidung zu verstauen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal allgemein nett, Rezeption darf gern netter sein. Strand und Liegen gut.

Von uns bekommt das Hotel 4,2 Sterne. Ein schönes Hotel mit super Lage. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist gut geschult und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück, welches es für 300 Baht Aufpreis gibt ist sehr großzügig und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Produkte waren frisch und von guter Qualität. Die Zimmer bieten ein bequemes Bett, eine Klimaanlage, einen Flat TV (leider kein Netflix oder Amazon Prime) und eine Terasse. In unregelmäßigen Abständen kann man Flugzeuge der Bangkok Airways beim An,- und Abfliegen beobachten, was wir ziemlich cool fanden. Das Hotel bietet immer wieder kleine Events an. So konnten wir beim erleuchten des Weihnachtsbaums teilnehmen. Hier gab es zusätzlich einen Aperitif und kleine Snacks. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten stören uns jedoch und sollten eventuell überdacht werden. Die Zimmer, welche zur Partymeile ausgerichtet sind, sind leider nicht wie beschrieben Schallisoliert, hier sollte man dringend nachbessern. So konnten wir unsere erste Nacht leider nicht wirklich genießen. Nach einer kurzen Anfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir jedoch sofort ein neues Zimmer, welches auf der anderen Seite des Hotels lag. Also auch hier ein Top Service. An vielen Stellen an der Treppe oder auch bei Übergängen gibt es kleine Risse, welche man einfach mit Silicon ausbessern könnte, um so Verletzungen zu verhindern. Der Holzboden am Restaurant ist bei Regen sehr rutschig, man sollte hier etwas machen, bevor sich jemand ernsthaft verletzt. Für die Verkäufer am Strand kann das Hotel n
