They served a good breakfast — special thanks to Jinosh for the complimentary breakfast. I upgraded my online booking to a suite room for an additional charge of around ₹4,500, making the total close to ₹8,000. Unfortunately, the overall experience was absolutely below average and did not justify the cost.
Tessa at the front desk provided good service, although she seemed to have certain limitations. However, I was very disappointed with the attitude of Selvi and Dileep. Based on my 34 years of worldwide travel experience, I felt their approach was not suitable for their positions.
There was an unpleasant gutter smell throughout the hotel, which was quite disturbing. The service staff did their jobs well, but the food orders were delivered without any cutlery, which was inconvenient.
Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.
