Clean and beautiful home. We would love to come back in winter for skiing. Loved the hot tub and games room.

This was an excellent place for the 11 people in our extended family. Big open areas, beautiful dining table, lots of bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements suitable for the teens and smaller kids and.....a separate "Harry Potter" style alcove for the 3 year old in one of the upstairs bedrooms! The hot tub and outdoor patios for quiet evening gatherings were also enjoyed. The only small comment I will add, is that you should check with management if you have more than 10 guests in your party as you may need to pay extra. Otherwise, communication with Tod was quick and he provided lots of good information about Kimberley and surrounding area.

Excellent stay!

House was exactly like the photos and description. Lots of space for 3 families. Location was amazing. A 5 min walk to the base of Kimberley Mountain. Tod was quick to respond and helpful with any questions or requests. Would stay here again. Great house with a well stocked kitchen!

The most magical place to ski!!

My family and I have been visiting Kimberley for over 20 years. Skiing, downhill and cross country, biking and hiking trails Kimberley doesn't disappoint. We started when my children were in high school & junior high. Now that we have 9 grandchildren our daughters, their spouses, my wife and I have continued to enjoy the outdoors activities available in Kimberley. We have rented with Tod on and off over those 20+ years and as always Tod does a fantastic job with his properties. Tod is quick to respond and addresses our needs and requests promptly. If your skiing, get your lift tickets through Tod's property rentals, you won't find better value for lift tickets than this. This is the first time renting the Woods on Stemwinder Drive and it was fantastic!! The sleeping accommodations and open floor concept, main and lower floors, handled our large group easily with each family (5) in their own room with their children. The Woods is an open floor design with large groups/families in mind. The large dining area and table provided ample space for meals and the living room and the family room downstairs provided ample seating and play areas. The kitchen (and barbeque) are well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. Laundry facilities are well stocked and very much a necessity with a large group. Ski trip

Great property. Very clean and well kept. Lots of space ( could have brought another family!) not ski in ski out but super close to the parking at the base of hill. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

This was the best place to spend the weekend celebrating my birthday. It is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice, I was amazed when I walked in the door. It was above and beyond my expectations.

Perfection

This property was in an amazing location. Short walk to hill, it also was fully stocked with the necessary items that so many Vrbo don’t have(salt pepper coffee filters aluminum foil) etc. we always pack theses things but it was so nice that it was all there just in case. The natural fire was Awsome after a day in the ski hill along with the hot tub. Very spacious with all my kids and grand kid there. The one, hot tub not heating, was fixed within an hour of phone call. That was our mess up for happening. But regardless it was addressed quickly. We would definitely rent this space again, and tell our friends about it.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for a wedding weekend. It was well stocked and Tod was so easy to contact with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for a large group/family

This rental is perfect for a large group enjoying the mountain or nearby golf. We loved our stay! The house is clean, modern, comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything you could need in terms of appliances and amenities. The kids all enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Some of our group walked to the ski lift/home - it is so close. We can’t wait to come back!!

Awesome Cozy Cabin

Such a great place. Very spacious yet cozy and comfortable. It was really special having a real fire in the wood burning fireplace. We really enjoyed the hot tub and games area in the basement. The kids had fun playing hide and sink and running around. It was great for our winter ski vacation, now I want to return sometime in the summer!

Great house. Great location.

Wow! This place is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. . . and it looks pretty darn nice in the pictures! Our family had a great getaway with our friends and their kids. Lots of space and lots of bedrooms (everyone said they had a comfy sleep) and the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. I loved having my morning coffee in the hot tub - so private with a beautiful view of the trees. . . while the kids had their epic foosball battles inside. Just across the street is the “Peak to Platzle” walkway and we all loved the walk down for an ice cream. I’m sure it would be a nice walk back after the pub but we hit up one of the local places up on the hill. Ok, I kinda fell in love with Kimberley on this trip. The bike trails, the scenery, the restaurants. . . we’d love to stay here again and try on golfing or skiing next time. Great house. Great location.
