There were some issues that I brought to the host attention. A broken chair closet door missing feature in the clock. Fix your end to close it broken. Close it door not working properly. Electrical outlet Bert one the blinds not going all the way down.

AWESOME AND WONDERFUL

We had split parties arriving on different days and was very appreciative of the ease of checkin for the early arrivals. Communication between Bonnie and I was on point, directions were clear, and the guests booklet had all the pertinent information needed to ensure our stay was hassle free. Thank you so much and when we plan our trip next year, I will definitely be checking out this property as our first choice.

Awesome house and location

Overall it was an awesome vacation and the perfect spot to enjoy the eclipse. Very easy to find. Could not get one of the upstairs showers to work but was not a deal breaker. One other thing we could not find any kitchen towels but we used hand towels from upstairs and all was good. Thank You so much.

Good & Functional

Overall served its purpose for our family so we were able to spend time together and have a place that fit everyone. Pros: - Reasonable price for stay - Quiet, safe, neighborhood next to the awesome playground and near stores and eateries. - Good Communication with host and friendly interaction with property manager. - Plenty of space, rooms and beds with clean linens - Onsite Washers (2) & Dryers (2) -Smart TVs with Firestick for watching movies -Large kitchen counterspace, large backyard, and covered patio with picnic table & grill (not used) in backyard. Cons: -Porch light very dim and driveway very dark at night. -There were missing essentials to keep the home clean. There was an empty box of trash bags and no sponge or dishwasher pods to use so we had to purchase our own - Multiple doors did not lock including downstairs bathroom and one of upstairs bathrooms. - -Need minor repairs.Loose toilet seats, loose back door knob, broken blinds, loose stair siderail, flooring coming up. - Beddings, Pillows and beds need updating and should use bedskirts to cover up boxsprings which look worn out and dingy - The room with the king sized bed had a metal hook hanging out from the box spring which luckily noone tripped or injured themself on. - inconvenient to have 2 washers upstairs and 2 dryers downstairs. Much better if both side by side - No board games or a game tables for entertainment. - Would have preferred both couches in the living room for more seating.

Wonderful Communication and Lots of Rooms!

We were here for a wedding in the family. The communication with our host was WONDERUL! The house slept all comfortable and had room to spare (9 adults). We would definitely rent again in the future. Thank you!
