We had a wonderful time at Tutter’s Two. We ate breakfast on the balcony every day and the view was spectacular. Having the beach so close made it easy to run back for forgotten items. The pool was great for the times we couldn’t go to the beach (hurricane Erin). The location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent here again.

The process of using VRBO was good. The property itself was fairly good. However there were some issues. One of the condo's two elevators was not working and this has apparently been a longstanding issue. There was black mold on a bathroom shower curtain. The shower drains drained VERY slowly. I took one out and it was completely clogged with hair. A leg near the loveseat was broken so it constantly tipped. A tile on the balconey was completely loose and another was loosening. And the mattresses were in terrible shape. Frankly, for the amount we paid for the stay, things should have been in perfect shape.

Great Location

The property was in a great location with shopping and restaurants just a short drive away and a great view from the balcony. One elevator was broken during our stay, which was inconvenient at check in. Unit is in need of a bit of a refresh, furniture is worn and loveseat was broken.

promoted elevator worker every other day..poor service for seniors, access to the beach was closed and boarded up, second toilet was unuseable due to bacteria growth, smoke detector went off every time the oven was in use. host manager was asked to contact the owner but never did according to our notes. vrbo should be contacting host and property owner. some refund was

Great location

Great location. Beautiful ocean views once you walk into condo. Nice pool area and beach was easily accessible. Convenient having an elevator and washer/dryer. Cleanliness was ok. Kitchen cupboards, etc were sticky but overall was fine.

Great Condo Great Location

This was the perfect place for a family of 5. The sunrise in the morning was amazing. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. I would stay here again.

Tutter Two

Condo was very clean. The location was quiet and building was very well maintained. We did go on off season, but the private beach entrance and the elevator was a must for us. We got to enjoy the view and we were within 2-4 miles from shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful week!

Tutters Two was exactly as shown on on the site. The balcony was wonderful to watch the sunrise and sunset and listen to the ocean. The home had all the amenities that we needed. We are looking forward to a future stay at Tutters Two!

Great Location

The location of this condo was great, beach wasn't overly crowded due to privacy of the condo. Great view and just steps from the beach. We did think that the pool would be open, and it is still closed so we weren't able to enjoy that. Condo was close to restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay, Great views from the Covered Balcony. Needs to have instructions for how to operate the TV's and appliances as well as there were no access codes for the common areas.
