"We loved our vacation in OBX. It was our first time in OBX and it won't be our last. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, two adult children, and our dog. Specifically, we absolutely loved staying in at this condo unit. It was top notch. The pictures don't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. "The location is great. The beach is right out your balcony. Master bedroom has its own door to the balcony. The balcony is covered so you will be out of the rain/sun. Be aware you will be on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There is a luggage lift that can take your bags and coolers almost to your door. This was our 2nd time staying here and would stay again. "

There is an amazing private beach access walkway along with a seating area and a rinse area for sand, pool, game room, fitness area, cornhole area, table tennis area, and they have luggage carts that made it so much easier with our luggage. "Upon arrival at 1:00 AM on check-in day, we were greeted with two dead cockroaches and an alive spider in the kitchen floor. As we continued into the condo, we found NO sheets for the beds and also no towels. Instead we slept on beach towels that we brought along with us from home.
