Karen and Chris were amazing hosts! We loved the property and the location - close to everything and with direct beach access and secure parking. They went above and beyond to decorate for our little holiday getaway! We would definitely rent from these owners again.

Could have been better

Check in was easy and owners reached out to inform us that we could check in early. Upon entry, there was some surface cleaning that was overlooked and supplies that were left out. HVAC unit had issues keeping the master bedroom comfortable the first few days that was directed to the owner. They were able to have a repair person come in the next day to rectify an airflow issue but later that evening, rain water was coming in from the window/wall area in the master bedroom. We informed the owner of that issue only to be told "thanks" with no follow up to date. The unit was damp, probably due to whatever issues led to rain water to enter the condo. Overall I was underwhelmed by the property given the price point and having to make work arounds to stay comfortable to sleep during a vacation is not ideal.

Great Location, improvements needed

The reviews of this property were somewhat surprising after staying at the location so I want to be a little bit critical. I'll start with pros:-Great location - Family friendly, other guests at condos were great- Great for the price Minor Cons:-While I know I am not going to the beach for all of the inside entertainment commodities but updates are needed. There are 5 remotes that you need to use in order to get the main room TV to work and it is very confusing. - board games/movies - not all pieces there and very old movies Major Cons:- upon arrival we check cleanliness of places and we had to wipe down the table and counters and from our clothes basically looked like it hadn't been touched too well. They let us in earlier than check-in time which was nice but hopefully it wasn't rushed at our expense. - There is a reason that they do not list a good picture of the kitchen space. I am super curious why you would put all new vinyl flooring throughout the rooms and the house.. except for the kitchen. The kitchen flooring and that space was not great. Found 2 cockroaches living behind the fridge/sink area. Overall, i'd stay at this location again but would really love the place if it had a few of those listed updates.

Comfortable and cozy

Well furnished, comfortable and cozy property with short walk to expansive beach. Good restaurants just short distance away, one within waking distance. Property manager stayed in touch throughout stay to make sure our needs were met. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location & Beach View

GREAT location with a great view of the beach and easy access. We loved watching the sunset/sunrise and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. The condo: very clean, well stocked kitchen (there is a Keurig but I only saw a coffee pot listed in the property details), initial supply of toilet paper & paper towels provided, hand soap provided in bathrooms & kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice sheets, TVs in both bedrooms, nice plank flooring, property is older but very well maintained. There is a notebook with instructions and dining suggestions that had great places to eat. Like others have said, you can hear all the sounds from upstairs which can be annoying to some. There is one set of bath towels (the white hotel-style kind) which is reasonable, but you should consider bringing extras along with extra paper products. Karen and Chris were great hosts and communication was good. We would definitely come back.

Long weekend stay

Was a good place right on the water. There was a mistake with the cleaning service. We had to wait for the cleaning service to get there and clean the place. Communication with the owner was right away and the mistake was taken care of right away. Overall it was a good place to stay at.

Perfect property, noisy neighbors

The hosts were fantastic at communicating before & during our stay. The property was clean with good amenities (even including disposable things like paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, solo cups). The house rules were clearly displayed & very reasonable (like keeping the AC under a certain temp to prevent it from freezing). The view of the beach from the condo (even though it was on the lowest level) was gorgeous! The only downside? The upstairs neighbors came back about halfway through our stay & are noisy (we weren't sure how to address this because we didn't want to create any conflicts but there was one night they were partying until 2-3a). Also, it would be nice to have a way to lock the back slider for when you go down to the beach (anyone in the other condos could access it & all someone else had to do was enter the public beach access then walk up the private entry back to the condos); otherwise, someone needs to go out the front to lock the doors then go all the way around to he public beach access. Otherwise, this location was absolutely fantastic!

nice short-stay, off-season retreat

We were there for 3 nights in March, and only 2 or 3 other condos in the building appeared to be rented at the time. This is an older but well maintained property with comfortable beds and furnishings, adequate kitchen appliances, cookware, utensils, etc. We did hear neighbors above us (heavy footsteps, moving of furniture, etc). I imagine it might be more noisy and feel less like an ocean retreat if all the condos were occupied, in the peak season.

Great location

We were extremely happy with our stay. The views are amazing and being steps away from the water was so convenient. We were impressed with how well the condo was equipped: games, books, beach chairs and a very well stocked kitchen. The only drawback was we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and opening doors but that’s to be expected when you’re in a lower unit. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We were given the option to check in early and even check out late.

Seawalk-Excellent Stay

Seawalk 12 was excellent! It was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Chris and Karen are excellent as well. Great communication, and they even left a gift for our anniversary. I recommend staying at Seawalk!
