SP201N Sea-N-Sanity by First Flight Rentals

  • Sea-N-Sanity is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3 bath (2 Kings and 1 Queen) semi-oceanfront condo centrally located in the Sea Pointe Community at MP 9.5. This location is close to many fine restaurants and shopping. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances to fix any meal. A Keurig for your AM coffee or afternoon tea. There is a blender and ice crusher for a refreshing beverage or smoothie to enjoy while sitting on the deck with the ocean views. If you like a air fryer, there is one. You'll also find a full size GE washer and dyer for your convenience. The beach is just 600 feet from the condo. This condo is an end unit, with views and extra light in two of the three bedrooms. There are also room darkening blinds for guests that like to sleep in! Walk to The Kill Devil Grill, Beachcomber Tiki Bar, & Miller's Seafood, all within short walk!

    Free Wi-Fi, DVD player, books, games, and wall mounted TVs in all rooms. Smart TV and an Echo dot in the living room. This condo has an open deck where you can enjoy the views, or have a meal on the large table with 4 poly wood pub chairs. All of these amenities makes this the perfect vacation.

Great location and beautiful decor!

Great property and beautifully decorated. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. While not beach front, the condo was conveniently located to beach access and wonderful restaurants and attractions. We felt at home right away. Our daughter loved the pool just as much as the beach. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Sea Point

Reason for good rating instead of excellent is because there is an awful mildewy smell in the washer and there was no can opener or wine opener or cutting board in the kitchen utensils . Also, you need to purchase some dollies for your patrons to carry their belongings innand out of the condos. It was very difficult for us as we are handicapped.

Sea Point Condos

We had 3 couples on this vacation so the 3 bedroom/3 bath arrangement worked out very well. The pool was nice and clean and was a nice alternative to the beach on some of the cooler days. Would stay there again!

Great place

Enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room-sofas and chairs were very comfortable, location was great! Only complaint-kitchen faucet needs to be tightened, master bathroom shower head needs to be tightened. Would recommend this rental and would stay here again

Very nice

We have never been to the area. Stayed for 3 nights. Certainly could have stayed another night or two. Property was very nice. Condo was great. The only "complaint" I had was not being able to reach the plates in the cupboard,lol. We are a short family 😆. But seriously the place was great. Short walk over to the beach. Lots of space for us.

Good Location and Great Condo

It is large condo with plenty of space. It is in a good central location for things to do in the area. Condo was very clean and owner was quick to respond to any questions.

A Great Escape

The condo is perfectly located just a short walk from public beach access. It’s also a very easy drive to the Wright Bro’s Memorial and Jockey’s Ridge. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, and there was plenty of parking available.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved this condo complex. It was conveniently located to tourist attractions such as Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey Ridge. It was a short walk to the beach. Great place to stay. We would highly recommend it to others!

Clean and well maintained

The property was exactly as represented in the on-line photos. Clean, nicely decorated and well maintained! Outdoor patio furniture was perfect to enjoy dinner outside for 4 and to relax in the evening while listening to the ocean.

Great location and super clean

We really enjoyed the fact that the property was pretty close to a quiet stretch of the beach at Kill Devil Hills. It was clean and had everything you could want to entertain two small kids such as access to Netflix and Amazon so we could access our own movies and shows. I wish we had brought more people to use all of the rooms.

The unit was absolutely great! Just a few steps from the beach and good food. I visit the Outer Banks quite often and this unit definitely made this trip one of my favorite experiences. My family and will be returning!✌

Clean, Comfortable, Nicely Decorated & Good Location

Overall the stay was great! The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and great location. The A/C unit wasn't working correctly and the management and maintenance were very friendly , professional and efficient in taking care of making sure it was fixed quickly on a Saturday. We would definitely return to this place and would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Fantastic location and accomidations

My family and I have stayed in multiple houses and condos. This condo was by far the cleanest and nicest we've stayed in. The location is wonderful for the beach access (across the street). You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The condo itself had everything in it you could image.

Everything We Needed

Great layout for a 2 bedroom condo. Everything we needed in the kitchen, Entire place was clean and in good (almost new) condition. Front porch was nice for having a drink and people watching.

Hoarder's Paradise - too much stuff!

This place photographs lovely, but once inside we uncovered how much stuff was there. Tables had runners with place mats with plates on top of them. It was complete overload. The dressers had clothes in them. The closet had clothes in them. There were chairs in front of book cases; furniture was everywhere! Nick nacks consumed the house, and it seemed the owners purchased everything they could find that remotely went with their decor. The cabinets were stuffed with junk - there was no space to put anything we brought in the kitchen. All of our food sat on the edge of the counter top. The place was extremely non kid friendly with exposed outlets, batteries in low cabinets, and knives at arms reach. The bathrooms were disappointing too. They were very small, and the "master" shower was more like an apartment shower. The location of the condo was misleading - it is across the street from the beach, but you will be sharing the beach with two large hotels! The beach was packed with very little space to sit, and when you did find a spot people would put their stuff down right in front of you completely blocking your view of the ocean. This condo is not equipped to be a rental with that much STUFF at the price point the owners are charging! This was our worst OBX rental of all time.

Great place to stay

The condo was spacious & very clean. Beach across the road. We had everything needed close by. Plenty of good places to eat. Our family had a lot of fun & enjoyed our stay. Would recommend going to Corolla to see the wild horses was amazing.
