    Located at Mile Post 7 1/2. Feelin' Nauti is located on the top floor of the Sea Oats Villas condominiums and offers a private balcony that overlooks both the Community Pool and the beach. Enjoy ocean views from both the living area and master bedroom.

    Single Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and a private bathroom, Bedroom with a Queen and Single and a full hall bathroom. Great room with flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and patio access, full kitchen and dining room seating 6. There is a community outside shower for guests to use before entering the pool or to help rinse the sand off after being at the beach. There is also a shared coin operated laundry facility on the ground level. The Community pool is located between the building and the beach. This location is within walking distance to restaurants and close to shopping and family attractions.

    Extras: 2 TVs, high-speed wireless internet, parking for 2 cars, Keurig and standard coffee makers, shared coin operated laundry area, iron, ironing board, community pool (approx. pool dates are Memorial Day to Labor Day), community grill, community luggage lift, vacuum and sun deck. No Smoking. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach access: Oceanfront. Beds: King, Queen, Single, Queen Sleep Sofa. House Address: 1401 N. Virginia Dare Trail 3C, Kill Devil Hills.     Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

    This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

Great view

We had a great stay. Nice view. Was worried about being on the third floor, but the dumbwaiter to bring the luggage up was a huge benefit. Very nice place.

Family vacation

The check in process was quick and efficient. The condo could have a been a little cleaner upon arrival. The views from the balcony were just amazing. Overall, great stay, would definitely recommend!

October at Kill Devil Hills

The condo has spectacular views of the ocean! The master King bed was very comfortable. The deck was protected and our favorite place to sit and play cards. Unfortunately, two areas that weren’t as shown are that the second bedroom was very dark. Both mattresses were not comfortable. The lift for luggage at this building does not have gates on 2nd and 3rd floor levels. So we had to lift our luggage etc up and over a 3 foot fence. Not sure who planned that but it is a fail. Property management was very responsive when contacted with any questions!

Great location

We loved to ocean front views and access. The condo was very comfortable and had the most comfortable bed. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils, definitely the best kitchen in a beach rental that we have ever visited. The location in Kill Devil Hills was ideal for access to the Nags Head area and going north to Duck and Corolla. Brindley Beach staff were all very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo and the Brindley Beach people. My whole familly really had a great and relaxing stay!

Fabulous Location yet Low Quality Accomodations

We absolutely loved being able to sit on the balcony to overlook the pool and beach. The location in Kill Devil Hills is convenient to great restaurants, shopping and the beach is great! The condo itself, however, is run down with dated furnishings including an uncomfortable queen sized mattress. Bathrooms were clean and sufficient for our usage. Picking up our keys was easy, although there was no thorough welcome or instruction - just the handing of a packet with bag through a drive through window. Then, we arrived to yellow tape and the absence of siding on one side of the building that almost appeared as though the building was near being condemned (with no prior notice given by property management). Additionally, we arrived to a 'mostly' clean condo. There was a piece of fruit on the balcony and opened drinks in a somewhat-dirty refrigerator. Each morning we were awakened each morning to the sound of construction workers hammering, talking loudly, and the like. The pool was nice and the beach access with lifeguard stand right there was wonderful. Overall, we are thankful for our much needed time away and the location/accessibility this location provided. I do think the condo itself was priced fairly with the lower quality building/amenities. However, the management fees were WAY overpriced for the quality of service provided (which was next to nothing - no returned emails or phone calls and lack of cleanliness of the overall facility).
