Family vacation

Great place to stay. A few minor issues…. Linens were in short supply. Only one per person, although a washer and dryer are provided. Just would have been nice to have an extra linen for each person so you don’t have to do the laundry so often. Also, only one roll of TP and one garbage bag provided. Not a huge deal, just would have been nice to know going in.

Fun visit with friends

We came to visit with my daughter’s friend and his family. The rental was very clean and a perfect fit for our family. It had a small sitting room at the front which allowed my daughter and her friend their own space at times, which was great. I loved the balcony, although it was rather chilly during our visit. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

The property was pretty clean. Alot of mold in the shower. Amenities were sparce at best. The big disappointment was when we were loading the car at 8:30 am the key pad on the door deactivated and locked us out with personal items locked inside, including cell phones and purse. We solicited help from a neighboring property and after 21/2 hours we were issued a new key code and had the audacity to tell us they were going to charge us for the extended time we occupied the unit. I am expecting the management company to issue a refund or a free stay or I will never visit them again. That was our 4th stay. I have never experienced something like that before. Oh, and checkout was 10:00 am and we were told we checked out at 8:00 am !!!!

Exploration Outer Banks

Pat yourself on the back if you pick here to stay. Wonderful, spacious, clean and modern condo. Oh, did I mention quiet too! Great location to everything. Went north to Carolla and south to Hatteras. Only suggestion, and this is so minor...upgrade the paper products and towels you provide for a truly spa-acious resort stay. Tks!!!

Second Stay and could be the last

This was our second time staying at this location. We love the area and community. Centrally located to dining and shops; as well as close to the beach. The condo is updated and presents itself well. We had such a positive experience the first go around, we had high expectations the second go around. However, we were slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo as the linens on the beds were very wrinkly and just thrown on the bed in a rush. Also, the surfaces throughout the condo were not very clean and had smudges. Considering this was during the pandemic we were expecting the condo cleanliness to be at a much higher standard. This is very unfortunate and will be something that could make us find an alternate place to stay next time.

Nice and convenient

Overall this condo was very good. Very clean and roomy. Convenient to stores and restaurants. TV took a while to figure out and pier code did not work. Other than that very good.

This place was very nice. It was less than a mile from the beach. It’s a very nice family friendly place to stay. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Family Getaway

My husband, married daughter, and I decided to get away for a few days. We had never visited the Outer Banks and were looking to go someplace different. We talked all the way home about our condo and how much we loved it. It was truly home away from home. The condo was very spacious and well appropriated. It was spotless on arrival and I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the covered balcony each morning. There was nothing we needed that the condo didn’t have. If we get a chance to get back down there, you can bet we’ll be staying in this condo.

Great place to stay

Just stayed here last weekend for a wedding I was going to. After comparing the prices from a hotel to this condo it was a no brainer. Place was very nice and clean and updated. Spent most of the time add the beach did not use the pool. Only complaint that I would have is that Waze and Google maps said the place was one street over in the neighborhood . After driving around for about 5 minutes I was able to recognize the building from the picture. Other then that everthing was great!
